True Healing Occurs From Within 🙏✨🧡🖤
Sunday is here, my loves, & it's a time for reflection as we close out the weekend...

Lately, a lot of us have been on a quest to dig deep & work on past hurts or emotional traumas we have been through in our lives (or even past lives!). Some can be ancestoral pain & is shown through repeated patterns passed down from generation to generation. Whatever our unique pain is, it's a time to work on them...this is what we call "shadow work"...

It isn't easy & takes a lot of courage to be honest with yourself about what causes your pain. It can be rooted within without your conscious awareness. Some of you may not be ready for this work & even that's okay. Just know that when you are ready, you can heal these wounds & transmute the old energy into the light; be free of it...

Some say they need their pain. This can be true in a sense...we can help others through something similar in a way others might not be able to. We have been there in their shoes so we can show them compassion & love as they go through a similar process...
✨
However, the only way we can truly help others with healing is to do the work & heal ourselves. Allowing yourself to do this will help you see why you are triggered by certain things & why you react in ways you don't consciously understand. Unless we do the work on ourselves, we cannot truly help others...and there may be that one person who needs your help...
✨
So, always be gentle with yourself. Don't judge yourself but do look into your heart. Be truthful & see what needs to be healed. Step forward & know you are supported. The light has always been within you. Now it's time to take your power back & return to your core vibration...you are a bright multidimensional being. Remember that...

Always, to know thyself is to know thy truth.
