Actually, that is very good advice that you have given! Starting with a catchphrase, or something that will be specific for you... At the same time, you are "making the flow" of the video, and on the other side, you are branding yourself through personal catchphrase...
And regarding your skip of a day in IAAC... You have started the new streak, so no stopping now! :)
