I didn't plan to record a video today (again... lol...), but when I got out for my walk, it was such a great atmosphere that I wanted to share it with you... It was raining just before I went out, and it was that "special" smell after the rain... I know that I can't transmit it through the video, but maybe if you try to remember, it will get to you... :)

I'm not a big fan of rain and that's probably one of the reasons why I live where I live... We have over 320 sunny days and it's raining very rarely... But, I do like to go out AFTER RAIN and enjoy that "special atmosphere"... I like clouds after the rain... I like the "freshness" that rain creates... So, maybe the rain isn't as bad as I thought in the beginning? Yes, I don't like to go out WHILE it's raining, but I like the "after effect"... 😃 In the end, there will be no life on Earth if we wouldn't have rain...

The same goes without "dear" markets... We don't like the bear market, but without it, there is no bull market! And vice versa... Both have their purpose whether we liked them or not... So, why would we hate either, when it's better to accept them as they are and act accordingly to the current situation...

Rain is so important for our water resources as the effect of climate change has gradually showed itself. I didn't use to care whether it rains or not in past, but now it is different.

I agree, yes, it's a special atmosphere right after the rain...
but it's a good comparison, I think there's a Turkish saying - after the rain always comes the sun, just like after the bear market comes the bull, but, but, but, it can take time 😁😃

Hehehe... The main issue is that the bulls are building and then, bears destroy it in an hour... lol... And we always have a subjective feeling that we are longer in the bear market than in the bull market...
But, it can take time... 😃

I don't know if I read it somewhere, but we have trouble in our minds to picture the future being different to our current circumstances. So if we have a bear market, we have trouble to picture things turning around and being in a bull market.

How is the rain there? My worst type of rain is when it is very windy and you cannot even hold your umbrella to cover yourself from it. I remember walking to work in these conditions many times!

It was windy with a thunderstorm, but I didn't go out then... lol... When I left home, it was like you saw in the video... calm, peaceful... just perfect!

I don't know if I read it somewhere, but we have trouble in our minds to picture the future being different to our current circumstances.

That's probably because of our emotional connection, "living in a moment"...

I'm amazed to know that where you live there's 320 day's are sunny Days. I love raining weather lol 🤧 and I don't know who are those people don't love rains but here you are 😅

wow 9 o'clock and it still looks like a day😉 wow this is really great place. never seen this before. thanks for sharing. after rain it really feels great and the atmosphere does look more beautiful around us. thanks for sharing your moments with us.
sometimes it is really hard to survive but this is not the first time we all are used to this kind of thing, together we all are gonna pass this soon and after that, most of us will be loaded with a good chunk of money. 😅

We are closing to the longest day(light) in the year and it stays light until 10-11 PM, which is crazy long... 😃 There is a reason behind it... Spain should be in a different time zone (as Portugal is), but they stayed in the same as the rest of Western Europe countries... That's why we have +1 hour more of light, but much darker mornings... 😃

It's true. We can't have a bull market if there is no bear market. As for rain, I don't like it either. I can't go outside and I hate having to go outside at all when it is going on. I do think that it feels nice after the rain but I am generally just in a rush to get what I need done outside before it starts raining again.

Exactly, it's also why market crashes are very much "planned" and anticipated... they create the multiplication dynamic. Imagine if BTC never collapsed at $68K but just kept climbing (even if at a slower pace)... no real money would be made...

The earth is so fresh after the rain and it made the plants happy too. Me too I love going out after the rain because the soil is so good and there's no dust on the air.

Actually, there is dust in the air but camouflaged into the humidity coming out from the hot wet ground... But, I like that feeling! 😃

Yeah, it is bright... As I said in another comment, Spain kept itself in the same timezone as the rest of the Western Europe countries, but it should have been in the same zone as Portugal... That's why we have +1 hour more of daylight in the evening... and dark mornings.. :)

The way we see the weather after rain becomes more beautiful and the sky looks more beautiful because of the clouds.

Yes, it is a good thing for the environment! It sucks to get wet, but that can be solved with good clothes :)
