Do You Seek For More Followers?
Yesterday, I have written the post about my Twitter stats for the last 3 months and the rising numbers in impressions, engage and followers...
A few hours later the post got its first comments which are always great for learning something new, to exchange ideas and opinions... One of them was from @ianballantine who is an experienced social media user and he offered a great idea on how to gain more followers on Twitter...
In a nutshell, I do things that Ian suggested and I'm adding every day a few users from Twitter to my follow list in a hope that others will do the same for me and become my followers... This is a basic approach for broadening your list of followers... and it's ok...
Then, late tonight, I saw this:
I will write it down if someone has problems with loading the image... The function of leadership is to produce more leaders, not more followers.
This is indeed a powerful quote and idea, but I would like to add something peculiar for our STEEM and social media journey...
When you gain followers, be active, engage, build... Be an example to them and convert them to leaders!

STOPThat's a great quote Zoltan, but that also means that leaders follow each other, or you just would not have any input, a cycle of creating and engagement, stay awesome.
In a nutshell, everything leads to teamwork... That's why I'm so excited about our tribe and that everyone is giving a helping hand to each other.
