A Bit Of Everything .:. Hive Posts For Engage

I was tired today of rushing to finish a lot of things that I had on my agenda...It was a thin line between quitting and not creating content today... For those who know me, you know that I try to be present every single day adding value to Hive, and I hope to some of you personally...

But, these "writer's blocks" come suddenly and I just felt that I don't have anything valuable to bring to the table, and publishing something just for the sake of publishing would be hypocritical and cynical... And I have actually surrendered earlier this evening...

But, you know that small thing somewhere deep in your brain that is working even when you have quit... Even when you don't have the strength to continue, it still works and doing its job... Well, it was like that for me...

I couldn't give something valuable to the table, but someone else could... Then I got to an idea to highlight some of the posts that I have read today and engage with... So, here you have the shortlist of 4 posts which I found very interesting and I would suggest you check them... Hi @ph1102, I agree with you "publishing something just for the sake of publishing would be hypocritical and cynical", I particularly have created a writing habit that has become a kind of ritual lol, I am fascinated to write about agricultural botany but I find inspiration in communicating analysis of a scientific nature. Thanks to you for sharing this approach.

Yeah, habits are great... I was building mine for over 2 years, but still, there are days when you got that "block"... Luckily, here we always have friends around that help us to stand up and continue!

I am actually starting to act on some advice I got from a fellow LeoFinance community member and that is to use the comments I make as ideas for a post. If I just copy down what I write down and slowly make a new document, I can fill out what I want on a post. Then it is just refining the post to be something presentable. I hope that this helps me change from commenting as much and start moving part of it into posts for everyone to view and see.

Well, that is one of the main recipes that I'm using with my content creation... And you are commenting a lot, which means that you "consume" a lot of content that can be inspiring very often...

Write down all your ideas, valuable comments, and do posts! You have a lot to tell :)

It sucks when you feel you have nothing worthy of saying/writing. Sometimes a list of ideas help. Other times you get ideas from conversations you read on posts. But I'm sure you know all that.

Hehehe.. You are right about that part... I do have a list of ideas for future posts, and trying to refill the list every day, but sometimes you just hit the bottom... That's normal, so no worries... ;) I had my focus moved a lot from the last year (which isn't a bad thing) and content creation suffered because of that...

We can't battle on ALL fronts at the same time... ;)

I know about that writers block, so that's why I keep a list of topics that I don't immediately use at the moment, but for those days that I do want to.

But nice to see that something positive came from something that blocked you, in a way to highlight others and share your platform.

Yeah, I have a list... But I didn't add new things for a couple of days and left with only 5-6 topics... And you know when you have only that much, all of those are with reason avoided until the last moment... lol... They are OK, but not for today... :) :)
