Well done Keith @keithtaylor

Yes, a very long video and many more in the metaverse. I am always surfing, surprise, surprise, so much so that it doesn't take too long to find content that helps me share a necessary mindset for our traffic exchanging community.

I was just about to start the next blog in the wellness series but wanted to acknowledge your feedback. I look forward to your next review. There is a lot of information that can help readers decide how far in-depth they want to make their personal journey. What is important to me, going forward, is that I leave sufficient content in a way that one can pick and choose the returns they want from our collaborative effort along a common journey.

For example, managing stress, understanding basic brain operation and next, #3 management and understanding of time. The #4 and higher elements will be for later. Numbers 1, 2 and 3 are necessary before I create some guides for various tasks designed to grow the value of our tokens.

Have an awesome day Keith.

As this is almost a week old, I will not continue the comments on the content here. But I would like to express huge thanks for bringing it to my attention. And to make two final points…

My Dopamine Video Conclusion

I think this is a video that can bring fresh insights to everyone. But it is especially significant for my own experiences of anxiety management. Because my therapy to date has been a mixture of behavioural and pharmacological treatments delivered by different NHS practitioners. And my new knowledge of dopamine is allowing me to understand how I might manage dopamine naturally to support my ongoing behavioural strategies.

My Dopamine Video Next Steps

One important thing that I have learned this week is that I must adapt my curation behaviour to match the 7-day Hive reward cycle. Also, to account for the Hive author/curation reward system. So I will strive to recognize when my response(s) will be better as a series of separate articles. As is the case with this dopamine video. Because I've learned far too much from it to fit into a single long-form post. Let alone a few comments.

Also, there are some specific topics related to dopamine that I want to research further. So I will:

  1. Watch it some more, to learn more.
  2. Do further research, to learn even more.
  3. Think about how I might present my experiences in the best way to earn more. For myself and my frens.

Excellent share Keith @keithtaylor

The more time we invest in learning how our brain learns and responds to countless stimuli's we are exposed to everyday the more satisfying life becomes. What I noticed the most over the years is the power and effectiveness of sharing and growing love and knowledge. We are all part of an ever changing world so the sooner we learn how we operate the sooner we can manage the best fit within our surrounding. All too often I see signs where people are busy and doing things but are the doings their choice and is it the best for themselves so they can be best prepared when it comes time to help others.

Thanks again and have an awesome day. Glad to have met you along our traffic exchanging journey. More goodies coming. !luv
