In our last @pept-learn blog, 19 days ago, you were introduced to a problem solving framework called People, Process and Technology (PPT).

Today we look at our PEPT framework that provides the foundation and various building blocks necessary for the long term success of our Hive traffic exchange community and tokens.

If you want your token in the sweet spot, you need to know how to get to the sweet spot. #lol

In the above VENN diagram, you see various elements sorted into respective category. Each element, and they are not all shown, identify an area of responsibility and objectives that are required to ensure effective connection and communication between each category. The overlapping parts can sometime get neglected or accepted as a known problem that you live with. How well you manage this area can have a huge significance in the success of a project.

People - Depending on who you are, you are identified as FJ World Inc (FJWI), family, client, membership holder or a visitor kicking tires.

Process - The whole operation of FJWI is guided by adopted standards and best practices that involves several body of knowledge. For example, Project ePayTraffic development is guided by Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMbok). PEPT is evolving from a proof-of-concept project that demonstrates the monetizing of traffic sharing in a more equitable way using a w2 project unit reward program and w3 token economic.

Technology - In the technology category we have our ePayTraffic exchange and trading site along with other sites, software and services provided by FJWI.

In a future blog, more time will be spent on the specific elements as well as the overlapping parts. We will explore ways to refine and improve returns from using various means of exchanging traffic.

An example of overlapping parts would be, FJWI (people) needs quality information from Member Quality Scorecard (MQS) database (technology) to meet the Service Level Agreement (SLA) (process) with a client (people).

Did you pickup on the title reference?

Much better than a White Paper

#PEPT and #ePay tokens serve two purpose at this time. They provide an extension and connectivity for a business operation across two ecosystems. The PEPT framework with it's project unit reward program was created before Hive blockchain. Hive protocol is a technology to be used in a way that makes a business operation more effective, efficient and scalable to changes that are inevitable. So don't expect a White Paper for any FJWI tokens, NFT's or other technology used by FJWI. The company policy is to have technology work for the company and not the other way around. Work smarter not harder. Avoid doing unnecessary work. Cut your losses. This could go on for while so lets save it for another blog.

Hopefully you will now have a better understanding of the operation supporting our traffic exchange community tokens. Building a trusting and long lasting business relationship is more important than focusing on too much technology detail of a token implementation.

Please do not hesitate to share and ask questions. As usual, more data and information will be provided as we move along our traffic exchanging journey. You (People) are part of a living (Process) sharing (Technology) to leverage returns, be it financial or personal development.

#Luv and positive energy to all.
Have #Fun and allow your earnings to be a by-product of your fun.

BTW, I use the PPT framework to help manage impact of the continued climate extremes we are experiencing.
