Another all time high for Bitcoin, now at 53800 USD! Great news for all of us hodlers. But I can predict something now, the mainstream media is going to be full of doom and bubble bursting stories the next few weeks. The allmighty big “Bitcoin is backed by nothing” and “is just a line of code” show. It’s inevitable and funny in a way, because the contrary is true, Bitcoin is backed by millions of people, maybe billions, because they want to. USD is used because they have to! Think about that and let it sink in...

It's actually close to $55,000 now. I subscribe to your saying. Bitcoin is backed by much more than the media can say against it while fiat currencies are backed by anything. If gold was the case Romania would have been one of the riches on the planet for how much gold it has in the mountains that could be extracted. Fiat is just bull shit. It has value because people allow it.
