Take Your Health Seriously

I was at the Hospital on Tuesday for a medical check up. To be frank I do not have any symptoms it was just a regular check up. At the hospital, the following initial check was done:

  1. My Temperature was measured
  2. My Blood Pressure was was measured
  3. My Weight was measured likewise my height: I guess this is for BMI
These were the first set of activities carried out by the nurse and was sent to the Dr on duty. At the Doctor's office he ask me series of questions and later told me to proceed to the Lab and get my Blood sample collected.

Afterwards it was discovered I had Malaria. I was advised to go to the pharmacy to collect some prescribed medicine. It is always a good thing to go to the hospital for regular check-up. One can never know what is actually wrong except the Doctor and tests taken. The medicines cost nothing as my HMO covers for it.

Below are the sets of medicine I was giving to treat both Malaria and stooling

The following Tips will be helpful:

  1. Sleep under a mosquito net
  2. Eat a balanced diet
  3. Drink water: Always stay hydrated
  4. Sleep at least 6 to 8 hours everyday
  5. Regular exercise
  6. Practice fasting (Autophagy)
  7. Listen to good music: Stay in a lighter mood at all time
