There are many ways to relieve stress and being in nature is one of the best ways. They even say that walking in the dirt takes the electricity out of you. I think this is true. When I was in the village, sometimes I would walk barefoot in the dirt. In the city, I put my hand in the dirt and it really feels good.

I have not tried dragon fruit until now, it has a beautiful presence with that striking color on the outside and surprising on the inside. Now in Spain, which is where I live, fruits from all over the world arrive at supermarkets. As soon as I have a chance, I'll get that delight. 😁
