In this series of photographs and images taken at the Jato party, I want to present the realization of an illustration with a template, press and acrylic paints. The main work is the realization of the template. Using some tool such as a gouge, a knife or awl or others, the incisions are made in the drawing on a material that is somewhat malleable but resistant. The drawing is marked and then the cuts are given to the depth that one estimates or that seems to him as an original creator and with his own seal. This beginning of a print has in the stencil design a great percentage of success in this hand art of printing.

En esta serie de fotografías e imágenes tomadas en la fiesta del Jato os quiero presentar la realización de una ilustración con plantilla, prensa y pinturas acrílicas. El trabajo principal es la realización de la plantilla. Usando alguna herramienta como una gubia, un cuchillo o punzón u otras se realizan las incisiones en el dibujo sobre un material que sea algo maleable pero resistente. Se marca el dibujo y luego se le dan los cortes a la profundidad que uno estime o que le parezca como creador original y de sello propio. Este comienzo de una impresión tiene en el diseño de la plantilla un gran porcentaje de éxito en este arte manual de la impresión.

When it takes the right time, between 5 and ten minutes in the press, the impurification is complete. The paper is released from the pressure, very carefully. The paint is fresh at this point and moving the stencil out by pulling on the paper is another delicate moment. Always work slowly and with a lot of patience. If everything goes correctly, it is convenient to leave it to dry in a well-ventilated place for a few hours, the print is ready.

Cuando lleva el tiempo preciso, entre 5 y diez minutos en la prensa se completa la impurificación. Se libera el papel de la presión, con mucho cuidado. La pintura está fresca en este momento y mover y sacar la plantilla tirando del papel es otro momento delicado. Siempre trabajar despacio y con mucha paciencia.
