On these dates in my city an important event takes place and that enhances the importance of the natural world, even if it is in a city, the festival of birds. Every year in the city of Cáceres, in Extremadura, Spain, this festival is celebrated with the prominence of the birds that visit or live in this beautiful city. This area is especially relevant since it is an intermediate point, a meridian for many species that seek this climate and landscapes and that come from the south of the European continent or Africa. The proximity of the city to one of the most important natural parks in the country, the Monfragüe National Park, makes it an important meeting point for many species of birds.

The streets of the oldest part of the city decorate their windows or doors with bird motifs, which often become a special moment for the residents of a neighborhood to make some crafts and build community. These types of works carried out independently become for me a new search for photographic images to capture these days.

Continuing with the guidelines that I set in my edition, in this case I use the crop tool and take the image in grids. This process is important since as I do it, the object that I intend to show will become more evident.

Siguiendo con las pautas que marco en mi edición en este caso uso la herramienta recorte y tomo la imagen en cuadriculas. Este proceso es importante ya que según lo realice el objeto que pretendo mostrar se hará más evidente.

Once I have the background cut out and resized filter with contrast and lighting. I need to look at some important parameters before moving on to the next point.

Una vez tengo el fondo recortado y redimensionado filtro con contraste e iluminación. Necesito observar algunos parámetros importantes antes de pasar al siguiente punto.

En estas fechas en mi ciudad se produce un evento importante y que realza la importancia del mundo natural, aunque sea en una ciudad, el festival de las aves. Todos los años en la ciudad de Cáceres, en Extremadura, España se celebra este festival con protagonismo de las aves que visitan o viven en esta hermosa ciudad. Esta zona tiene especial relevancia ya que es un punto intermedio, un meridiano para muchas especies que buscan este clima y paisajes y que proceden del sur de continente europeo o África. La proximidad de la ciudad da uno de los parques naturales más importantes del país, el parque nacional de Monfragüe, hace que sea un punto importante de encuentro de muchas especies de aves.

Las calles de la parte más antigua de la ciudad adornan sus ventanas o puertas con motivos de aves que, muchas veces se convierten en un momento especial de los vecinos de un barrio para confeccionar algunas manualidades y hacer comunidad. Este tipo de trabajos realizados de forma independiente se convierten para mí en nueva búsqueda de imágenes fotográficas para capturar estos días.
