Una comunidad se consolida no solo por el trabajo que hace, sino por el compromiso, la entrega y la constancia que se imprime que en cada paso que dan todos sus miembros. Y es que hablamos no solo de los administradores y moderadores, porque todos son importantes. Claro está, que quienes están al frente de un proyecto son los que planifican y llevan a cabo las estrategias necesarias, para que cada proyecto funcione y esto es lo que ha logrado engranar un equipo que día a día se consolida y genera mucho valor al ecosistema. Todo ello aunado a la incorporación de miembros, que con su aporte diario, sean grandes o pequeños continúan dándole fuerza a un proyecto que ya en #Sucre está consolidado, un proyecto que crece cada día y que se ha convertido en una alternativa poderosa para la región, desde hace algún tiempo nació @hivesucre y su expansión es inminente.

Ahora, cuando se toman en cuenta todos estos factores, sabemos que no todo es color de rosas porque siempre habrá quien no esté de acuerdo, pero para ellos las puertas están siempre abiertas, solo si desean trabajar y aportar buenas ideas. Sin embargo, la labor realizada por este equipo de #hivesucre ha rendido frutos tales, que se ha ganado la confianza de uno de los grandes proyectos presentes en este ecosistema. Y hablamos de los grandes de @ocd, con quienes hemos realizado una alianza perfecta para incorporar nuevos Hivers y que éstos den lo mejor de sí para elevar a #hive a otros niveles. Cada aporte y cada compromiso generado es sumamente importante; todo esto quiere decir que oficialmente @hivesucre está dentro del proyecto de incubación para nuevos usuarios de @ocd.

Now, when all these factors are taken into account, we know that not everything is rosy because there will always be those who do not agree, but for them the doors are always open, only if they want to work and contribute good ideas. However, the work done by this #hivesucre team has paid off so well that it has earned the trust of one of the great projects present in this ecosystem. And we are talking about the greats of @ocd, with whom we have made a perfect alliance to incorporate new Hivers and that they give their best to raise #hive to other levels. Every contribution and every commitment generated is extremely important; all this means that officially @hivesucre is inside the incubation project for new @ocd users.

Desde el mismo instante en que fuimos incorporados a este proyecto, sabíamos que era un nuevo reto que se anexaba a nuestro trabajo; pero como nosotros no bajamos la cabeza ante nada, no dudamos en decir que sí y de inmediato inició nuestra labor para captar nuevos usuarios, siempre tomando en cuenta nuestro lema, que es mejor la calidad que la cantidad. Para la captación se fueron haciendo contactos tanto virtuales, como personales, logrando en un lapso aceptable de tiempo incorporar a 9 personas provenientes de ambas modalidades. Lo importante e interesante es que cada uno de ellos ha estado comprometido con este proyecto y han tenido la voluntad y la suficiente capacidad para comprender el funcionamiento del mismo.

Ahora, cada nuevo miembro que se incorpora tuvo su respectivo seguimiento al momento de crear su presentación y también han tenido seguimiento durante la creación de sus consecuentes publicaciones, las cuales han tenido una receptividad y apoyo increíble. Cada día éstas personas mejoran mucho más y eso lo pueden disfrutar ingresando en cada uno de sus perfiles. Lo mejor de todo, es que cuando crean y publican, lo hacen con un disfrute total, claro está, siempre con el compromiso de generar valor a la cadena. Son 9 hermanos que están dentro de #hive y hoy nos sentimos orgullosos de incorporar a 2 nuevos jóvenes al ecosistema. Nuevos Hivers, sangre nueva llega a hive gracias a la alianza perfecta entre hivesucre y ocd.

From the very moment we were incorporated to this project, we knew that it was a new challenge that was added to our work; but as we do not lower our heads to anything, we did not hesitate to say yes and immediately began our work to attract new users, always taking into account our motto, that quality is better than quantity. To recruit new users, we made both virtual and personal contacts, and in an acceptable period of time we managed to incorporate 9 people from both modalities. The important and interesting thing is that each one of them has been committed to this project and has been willing and capable enough to understand how it works.

Now, each new member that joins had their respective follow up at the moment of creating their presentation and they have also had follow up during the creation of their subsequent publications, which have had an incredible receptivity and support. Every day these people are getting better and better and you can enjoy that by looking at each of their profiles. Best of all, when they create and publish, they do it with total enjoyment, of course, always with the commitment to generate value to the chain. There are 9 brothers and sisters in #hive and today we are proud to incorporate 2 new young people to the ecosystem. New Hivers, new blood comes to hive thanks to the perfect alliance between hivesucre and ocd.

@elmiguelacho y @elromeo, esto dos jóvenes llegan a hive con mucho entusiasmo y compromiso por realizar un trabajo impecable. Me llena de satisfacción decirles, que ellos, incluso antes de que fueran abierta sus cuentas, ya tenían el proceso de su presentación bien adelantado. Todo esto demuestra las ganas que tienen por llevarle a todos ustedes un trabajo de calidad. Solo quedaba cumplir con la fase técnica y el respectivo asesoramiento, para que ellos conocieran de que se trata el ecosistema, que alternativas tienen dentro de él y cómo ellos pueden desarrollar todas sus habilidades. De todo este asesoramiento, lógicamente nos encargamos nosotros, porque así como hemos llevado por el camino del éxito a los 9 miembros anteriores, con éstos dos muchachos no será la excepción.

No cabe duda que la guía y el seguimiento siempre están allí, porque jamás se ha dejado de atender a ninguno por más mínima que sea la consulta. Y si llega el caso de que no existe consulta alguna, nosotros siempre estamos revisando y analizando cada publicación para realizar las sugerencias que sean necesarias, siempre tomando en cuenta que el creador de contenido es dueño de su trabajo y es quien tiene la última palabra; sin embargo, nosotros hacemos las sugerencias para que cada uno en su momento pueda mejorar, ya queda de parte de cada quien tomarlas o no para su beneficio. Otro aspecto que también me emociona, es que las nuevas personas que ingresan, de inmediato se muestran ansiosas para darle apoyo al proyecto de criptoadopcion, porque desean realizar sus comprar y sentirse parte importante de él.

Cada vez que ellos alegan este aspecto, me llena de mucha satisfacción porque ello deja entendido el compromiso que cada uno tiene con este proyecto. No solo es crear contenido para publicarlo y obtener un incentivo, sino que ellos dicen que al recibir ese aporte, estarían contribuyendo a la consolidación de un nuevo modelo económico basado en hive; y que una persona nueva que ni siquiera ha recibido un solo #hbd diga eso, demuestra que el proyecto de criptoadopcion llevado a cabo por nuestra comunidad seguirá siendo exitoso. Y es verdad, al inicio todos pensaron que todo esto era un chiste, pero el trabajo y el tiempo nos ha dado la razón; también es verdad que cuando se iniciaron a realizar los consumos en HBD, algunos podrían decir, un gasto de 1, 2 o 3 HBD no significan nada. Pero ahora, todos los que deseen verificar, saben que aquí nada está oculto.

Lo que quiero expresar, es que el avance ha sido constante y sostenido hasta el punto de que los gastos en HBD se han incrementado, porque hay usuarios que han realizado consumos diarios superiores a los 7, 10, 20 o 50 #hbd y allí me incluyo, porque para mí pagar en HBD no significa un gasto, para mí significa una inversión, para mí, pagar en HBD es contribuir con el desarrollo de mi región, pagar con HBD es consolidar una alternativa de pago que cada día se convierte en la principal de los Hivers y ha generado tal confianza, que los comerciantes la incorporan en sus negocios de una manera increíblemente provechosa. Bueno, ella realizó su presentación, obtuvo sus incentivos, hizo su primera compra en hbd y desde su corazón nació realizar un pequeño obsequio. Un día llegó a la casa con un arreglo de chocolates como agradecimiento por siempre estar presente en su acompañamiento, esto es algo que uno no pide ni obliga a nadie a hacerlo, es algo que nace y más allá de aceptar un obsequio, es sentirme orgulloso de que puedo ayudar a muchas personas.
