Hola de nuevo! Hoy les traigo un top super genial y es de los que yo considero los mejores protagonistas del anime.
Casi cualquier serie necesita un protagonista, sea uno por capítulo o para toda la serie completa. A veces estos personajes no se hacen tan bien que se pierde la escencia del anime, por lo que considero que un buen desarrollo y una perspectiva concreta es importante para un buen protagonista.
Estos son mis gustos personales y es algo subjetivo. Debo acotar que personalmente a mí me fascinan los personajes humanos, que no tengan tantos poderes especiales, ya que siento que le da más realismo a la historia y eso lo verán muchísimo en esta lista. Este top no es la verdad absoluta, sin más, comencemos con la lista.

Hello again! Today I bring you a super cool top and it is one of the ones I consider the best anime protagonists.
Almost every series needs a protagonist, be it one per chapter or for the whole series. Sometimes these characters are not done so well that the essence of the anime is lost, so I think that a good development and a concrete perspective is important for a good protagonist.
These are my personal tastes and it is something subjective. I must say that personally I am fascinated by the human characters, that they don't have so many special powers, because I feel it gives more realism to the story and you will see that a lot in this list. This top is not the absolute truth, let's start with the list.

#8 Shinji Ikari
(Neon Genesis Evangelion)
NO ME LANCEN HATE PORFA, déjenme explicarlo. De hecho, créanme que yo antes era una hater increíble de este niño, pero hay algo que lo hace diferente a otros protagonistas: es muy humano. Todos lo tachan de llorón (que lo es) pero, ¿que harían en su lugar? Este chico no la tiene fácil, es solo un adolescente. El no es el protagonista feliz que todos vemos en los anime, es un chico deprimido que hace que todos sientan lástima por él pero muchos hemos sido como este chico en algún momentos de nuestras vidas pero nos cuesta admitirlo.
DON'T HATE ME PLEASE, let me explain. In fact, believe me that I used to be an incredible hater of this child, but there is something that makes him different from other protagonists: he is very human. Everyone calls him a crybaby (which he is) but what would you do in his place? This kid doesn't have it easy, he's just a teenager. He is not the happy protagonist that we all see in the anime, he is a depressed boy that makes everyone feel sorry for him but many of us have been like this boy at some point in our lives but it is hard for us to admit it.
Shinji no cree que pueda darle frente a los ángeles pero a la vez pilotea, recuerdo los momentos de mi diciendo "PERO SHINJI SUBETE AL EVA". Él intenta buscar su propósito, se sube al EVA aterrorizado, es víctima de abusos por su padre. No es nada común ver a un protagonista tan deseperadamente cobarde e inseguro, pero esa es la magia de Shinji, hacernos ver a un personaje real, un adolescente con problemas para cumplir expectativas y satisfacer a todos, vemos como se relaciona con el sexo puesto de una manera realista y todo, porque es un simple joven. Es un personaje humano al fin y al cabo, por eso lo considero un buen protagonista (porfa, no me odien).
Shinji doesn't think he can hit it in front of the angels but at the same time he pilots, I remember the moments of me saying "BUT SHINJI GOES UP TO EVA". He tries to find his purpose, he gets on Eva in terror, he is abused by his father. It is not common to see a protagonist so desperately cowardly and insecure, but that is the magic of Shinji, to make us see a real character, a teenager with problems to meet expectations and satisfy everyone, we see how it relates to sex put in a realistic way and everything, because it is a simple young man. He is a human character after all, that's why I consider him a good protagonist (please, don't hate me).
#7 Light Yagami
(Death Note)
Considero a este chico como un personaje muy bien hecho. Él nos hace tener un conflicto moral muy fuerte que es: ¿está bien matar si es un delicuente sin hacerle un juicio antes?. Light es el mejor estudiante del país, cono notas extremadamente sobresalientes. Un día se consique un cuaderno que tiene como nombre "Death Note". Comienza a entender las reglas y usarlas para su beneficio mientras que su Shinigami Ryuk queda sorprendido de la inteligencia del chico, y de como poco a poco sucumbe a la oscuridad.
I consider this boy to be a very well-made character. He makes us have a very strong moral conflict that is: is it right to kill if he is a criminal without making a judgment first? Light is the best student in the country, with extremely outstanding grades. One day he gets a notebook with the name "Death Note". He begins to understand the rules and use them to his advantage while his Shinigami Ryuk is surprised by the boy's intelligence, and slowly succumbs to the darkness.
Al principio no nos molesta que haga todo lo que hace, sin embargo la policia está en busca de él con el seudónimo de "Kira". Vemos como el personaje se va corrompiendo ya que su objetivo cambia, ya no quiere destruir delincuentes, quiere destruir a todo el que se interponga en su camino así sea inocente. Light es un chico brillante y el desarrollo de como poco a poco de va corrompiendo y consumiendo por la maldad es algo increíble. Su batalla de inteligencia contra L es majetuosa y ahí se va a otra pergunta: ¿quién tenía razón?. Tiene un final bueno luchando contra Near y Mello y disfrutamos todo su viaje hasta su inminente muerte.
At first we don't mind that he does everything he does, however the police are looking for him under the pseudonym "Kira". We see how the character becomes corrupted as his objective changes, he no longer wants to destroy criminals, he wants to destroy everyone who stands in his way even if they are innocent. Light is a brilliant boy and the development of how he is slowly corrupting and consuming by evil is something incredible. His battle of intelligence against L is majestic and there goes another question: who was right? He has a good ending fighting against Near and Mello and we enjoy his whole journey until his imminent death.
#6 Edward Elric
(Fullmetal Alchemist)
Este chiquitín es un gran protagonista junto con su hermano Alphonse, pero lo que más me gustó de él es que tiene una fuerza voluntad increíble. Este chico perdió parte de sus extremidades por el hecho de jugar a ser Dios y regresar a la vida a su madre por medio de la trasmutación humana. Al ver como su hermano perdió su cuerpo en dicha trasmutación hace todo para regresarle el cuerpo.
This little guy is a great protagonist along with his brother Alphonse, but what I liked most about him is that he has incredible willpower. This boy lost part of his limbs by playing God and bringing his mother back to life through human transmutation. Seeing his brother lose his body in such a transmutation does everything to bring his body back.
A él no le importa mucho su brazo o su pierna, solo quiere ayudar a su hermano y pagar por su pecado. Tiene momentos graciosos muy bien hechos, como cuando le dicen enano y un buen desarrollo para su futura relación con Winry. Vemos su dolor, su verdadero ser, su temperamento, como el gran amor hacia su hermano y otras personas lo mueven para seguir adelante, es un personaje muy humano y siento que ese aspecto es importante de resaltar en un protagonista como lo he plasmado a lo largo del post.
He doesn't care much about his arm or his leg, he just wants to help his brother and pay for his sin. He has some very well-done funny moments, like being called a dwarf and a good development for his future relationship with Winry. We see his pain, his true self, his temperament, how the great love for his brother and other people move him to move forward, he is a very human character and I feel that this aspect is important to highlight in a protagonist as I have captured it throughout the post.
#5 Lelouch Lamperouge / Lelouch Vi Britannia
(Code Geass)
Este chico es un principe de Britania que adopta el apellido Lamperouge al ser exiliado. Es un chico muy inteligente, pero arrogante, aunque en la escuela muestra que también es bastante sociable. Recibe es Geass para crear a "Zero" un símbolo de rebelión en Britannia, el cual al pelear da una personalidad bastante diferente, capaz de sacrificar a otros con tal de ganar.
This boy is a prince of Britannia who adopts the Lamperouge name when he is exiled. He is a very intelligent boy, but arrogant, although at school he shows that he is also quite sociable. He receives Geass to create "Zero" a symbol of rebellion in Britannia, which by fighting gives a quite different personality, capable of sacrificing others in order to win.
Este personaje muestra una realidad increíble, como una persona fría puede llegar a ser compasiva y empática con las personas que quiere genuinamente, como lo demuestra con Shirley. Mostrar un contraste entre el clihé del protagonista alegre, positivo y amigo de todos sin volverlo villano me parece sublime, ya que muestra que ciertas actitudes no lo hacen malo ni nada de eso, sino una persona real. Tiene un final bastante increíble y bien elaborado, mostrando como se puede sacrificar por sus ideales con la idea de reconstruir al mundo. De verdad, un excelente personaje.
This character shows an incredible reality, how a cold person can become compassionate and empathetic with the people he genuinely loves, as he demonstrates with Shirley. Showing a contrast between the clihé of the happy, positive and friendly protagonist without making him a villain seems sublime to me, as it shows that certain attitudes do not make him bad or anything, but a real person. It has a rather incredible and well elaborated ending, showing how he can sacrifice himself for his ideals with the idea of rebuilding the world. Really, an excellent character.
#4 Himura Kenshin
(Samurai X)
Samurai X es un gran anime y su protagonista es increíble. Kenshin es un increíble espadachín, que tiene un pasado oscuro. Lo considero un personaje bastante complejo, ya que antes era un asesino que se hacia llamar Hitokiri Battuosai. Su espada cumple un papel importante, ya que es de doble filo y utiliza un estilo particular llamado "Kenjutsu Hiten Mitsurugi" para no asesinar, ya que juró no volverlo a hacer más nunca.
Samurai X is a great anime and its protagonist is incredible. Kenshin is an incredible swordsman, who has a dark past. I consider him a quite complex character, since he used to be an assassin who called himself Hitokiri Battuosai. His sword plays an important role, since it is double-edged and uses a particular style called "Kenjutsu Hiten Mitsurugi" so as not to kill, since he swore never to do it again
Vemos como dejó eso atrás y comienza su aventura para redimirse de sus actos. Observamos como su voluntad para vivir se pierde, como sufre conflictos morales, pero a la vez como tiene un caracter tranquilo y amable como contraste. El hecho de sentirse tan arrepentido por su pasado y que sea una persona tan noble en contraste a lo que era antes es algo increíble. Excelente personaje para un anime excelente.
We see how he left that behind and began his adventure to redeem himself. We see how his will to live is lost, how he suffers moral conflicts, but at the same time how he has a calm and kind character as a contrast. The fact that he feels so sorry for his past and that he is such a noble person in contrast to what he was before is something incredible. Excellent character for an excellent anime.
#3 Kei kurono
(Gantz)
Gantz es un gran anime, de verdad lo recomiendo. Este es un adolescente bastante normal con sus toques de rebeldía. Un día ocurre un accidente en la estación de tren intentando salvar a un vagabundo junto con un amigo. Uno piensa que murieron pero no es así, porque aparecen en un cuarto con otras personas aparentemente reunidas. Aquí comienza un extenso viaje donde Kei-chan tiene muchas peleas y aventuras, aprendiendo a usar el traje y armas.
Gantz is a great anime, I really recommend it. This is a pretty normal teenager with his rebellious touches. One day an accident occurs at the train station trying to save a homeless man along with a friend. You think they died but they didn't, because they showed up in a room with other people apparently gathered. Here begins a long journey where Kei-chan has many fights and adventures, learning to use the suit and weapons.
Es un personaje que no le asusta revelar sus emociones como su enamoramiento y hasta sus deseos sexuales. También ve la vida de manera realista, lo cual lo hace bastante peculiar. Ve como TODOS mueren y se convierte en líder cambiando su perspectiva. También vemos como hasta sacrifica su propia vida, tiene un buen final en el anime. Este personaje está muy bien elaborado mostrando como se desenvuelven sus emociones a medida que avanza la trama y como va madurando de manera increíble.
He is a character who is not afraid to reveal his emotions such as his crush and even his sexual desires. He also sees life in a realistic way, which makes him quite peculiar. He sees how EVERYONE dies and becomes a leader by changing his perspective. We also see how he even sacrifices his own life, he has a good ending in the anime. This character is very well elaborated showing how his emotions unfold as the plot progresses and how he matures in an incredible way.
#2 Guts
(Berserk)
Amo Berserk, el manga es una obra maestra en cuanto a dibujo y tiene a un protagonista de primera talla. El no es solo un asesino masacrador tiene una profundidad increíble. Tuvo un padre adoptivo que no lo quiso realmente y a Griffith que era un real... era muy mala persona, en fin. De joven, Guts ya era bastante sanguinario y asesinó a Gambino es defensa propia. Aunque Griffith le enseñó el compañerismo y todo eso bonito, haciendo que Guts viera todo de una perspectiva positiva. Guts tiene códigos morales muy bien establecidos, buscaba un propósito y un motivo por el que luchar y no solo pelear por instinto.
I love Berserk, the manga is a masterpiece in terms of drawing and has a first-class protagonist. He is not only a mass murderer, he has incredible depth. He had a foster father who didn't really love him and Griffith who was a real... he was a very bad person, anyway. As a young man, Guts was already quite bloodthirsty and killing Gambino is self-defense. Although Griffith taught him companionship and all that nice stuff, making Guts see everything from a positive perspective. Guts has very well established moral codes, he was looking for a purpose and a reason to fight and not just fight on instinct.
Todo se cae abajo cuando Griffith dejó que asesinaran a sus aliados y además ve como violan a su novia, ay no. Es un personaje con una montaña rusa de emociones, porque lo vemos sucumbir ante el odio, para luego ver como cambia su perspectiva hacia el amor y compañerismo, para que después todo se hunda por la traición y regrese al hueco de odio. Luego de un tiempo conoce a Puks, se adentra en un viaje y se arrepiente de haber dejado a Casca, ocurren muchas cosas. Sin embargo, vemos a lo largo de la historia como su lado oscuro sigue palpitando y su constante conflicto interno, que no puede escapar de su estigma. Es un personaje con un extenso desarrollo pero muy bien hecho.
Everything falls apart when Griffith lets his allies be killed and sees his girlfriend raped, oh no. He is a character with a roller coaster of emotions, because we see him succumb to hate, and then see how his perspective changes towards love and companionship, so that later everything sinks into betrayal and returns to the hole of hate. After a while he meets Puks, goes on a journey and regrets leaving Casca, many things happen. However, we see throughout history how his dark side continues to throb and his constant inner conflict, which cannot escape his stigma. He is a character with an extensive development but very well done.

#1 Spike Spiegel
(Cowboy Bebop)
Cowboy Bebop es mi anime favorito, se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo. Tiene todo para ser un buen anime y eso incluye a Spike. Oh Dios, Spike, un personaje realista, tranquilo, inteligente y tonto a la vez, sin muchas ganas de seguir vivo pero esta ahí para cumplir un sueño. Es un un personaje bastante real, puesto a que es algo hipócrita en algunas ocasiones. Aunque es habil en las artes marciales no practica mucho es la perfecta definición de un vago. Lo que lo hace un buen personaje es que ve la vida de una manera muy particular, aunque no le vea mucho sentido a seguir viviendo, sigue ahí, con un ojo falso con el cual recuerda su pasado.
Cowboy Bebop is my favorite anime, I recommend it to everyone. It has everything to be a good anime and that includes Spike. Oh God, Spike, a realistic character, calm, intelligent and silly at the same time, without much desire to stay alive but he is there to fulfill a dream. He is a quite real character, since he is a bit hypocritical in some occasions. Although he is skilled in martial arts he doesn't practice much, it's the perfect definition of a bum. What makes him a good character is that he sees life in a very particular way, even if he doesn't see much sense to continue living, he is still there, with a false eye with which he remembers his past.
Dentro de toda esa actitud despreocupada y a veces hasta egoísta, Spike tiene un corazón muy bonito demostrándolo en ocasiones puntuales. Es alguien real sin temor a ser quién o ser juzgado, empatizando con las personas que quiere, muchos se pueden sentir identificados con él el algún aspecto así sea pequeño y algunos hasta quisieran ser como él. Tiene un final increíble contra el antagonista, hay gente que dice que no está muerto, otros que sí. La verdad no me importa, lo que me gustó fue el cierre contra Vicious, como se despidió en Bebop y como se desplomó después de hacer una seña con su mano imitando una pistola después de decir "Bang". Lloré demasiado con su final. TE AMO SPIKE.
Within all that carefree and sometimes even selfish attitude, Spike has a very beautiful heart showing it on certain occasions. He is someone real without fear of being who or being judged, empathizing with the people he loves, many can identify with him even if he is small and some even want to be like him. He has an incredible ending against the antagonist, some people say he is not dead, others say he is. I don't really care, what I liked was the closing against Vicious, how he said goodbye in Bebop and how he collapsed after making a sign with his hand imitating a gun after saying "Bang". I cried too much with his ending. I LOVE YOU SPIKE.

Me dejaste sin palabras con este top, si tuviera para darte un voto de 100 dólares te lo daría porque ufffff este post es una joya cada personaje lo amo aunque a Lelo no he visto el anime y ando terminando Monogataris para ver a Spike en acción pero los demás son una joya y si como hablamos en publicaciones anteriores uno se vuelve haters de personajes humanos porque son molestos pero si pensamos de forma madura, nos colocamos en su lugar lo más seguros es que vamos a comportarnos así y no culpo a nadie por eso. Light lo amo es increible, que piensas de esta pregunta que vi en amino hace tiempo en el forum ¿es bueno matar lo malo o malo matar lo malo? tengo divagaciones con eso siempre xD. Griff... mejor no digo nada es una etapa que supere mucho solo digo que entre nuestro presidente y ese ser no se cual odio más porque lo que le hizo a Gutz es uno injusticia >:< nooooo llore de la rabia, te lo juro tenía que ver a una amiga para hacer un trabajo y estuve molesto todo el día jajajaja me acuerdo que hasta ni hable xD.
Los demás son muy humanas como dices, yo tambien amo a Gintoki de Gintama y al niño que más adoro del anime Gon, y ahorita amoooooooooo por como me siento identifica a Araragi de Monogataris uwu.

Jajajajaja muchas gracias, siento que me faltaron personajes así como Gon, que amo demasiado HxH lastima que Togashi no lo termina y otro prota que ando viendo y me agrada es Shigeo Kageyama de Mob Psycho 100!! Y las series monogataris tienen protas super chéveres también, las volveré a ver para hacerle una reseña chévere.

Hola, te felicito por tan trabajado post, esta espectacular, sin embargo para futuras valoraciones en tus trabajos, te sugiero que acomodes las fuentes, te explico como:
-Las fuentes que uses tanto como imagenes como fuentes bibliográficas, siendo estas digitales, vas a colocar es la dirección de alojamiento de la imagen o texto, es decir, para respetar los derechos de autoria de un escrito o una imagen, la fuente que colocaras es la direccion web donde encontráste la imagen, no la dirección directa de ella, ya que no conduce a nada. Espero haberte ayudado y continuar viendo tu espectacular trabajo.
