My beautiful feather cap for occasion.

Good afternoon everyone, am here to teach you how to make a beautiful rose feather cap.
Step 1: get your cloth and cut it 6inches width and 36inches length.
Step 2. fold the width and see it straight to be as you see in the picture below.

Step 3. Get a crinoline and put inside the cloth.

Step 4. Start folding the cloth in a rose shape manner and tack with needle.

Step 5. Tack the rose on the top of it side of the cap with needle then add feathers at the center of the cap for beautification.
