In the profound words of Mother Teresa, "Joy is prayer; joy is strength: love is joy and joy means a net of love that captures souls. Keats depicts this very well with his words "Love is joy; joy is a net of love that encloses souls."

It is more than just a fleeting state that can only alter our perception, but rather a deep-rooted longing for a fulfilling life that goes beyond circumstantial vicissitudes.

When we live life with joy (we perceive our acts not only capable of gratifying our wishes, but also being used as a vehicle to approximate the loftiest of human ideals). Happiness is like a guiding light, radiating our ways and make us eligible to spread love, compassion, and kindness to the close-knitted here. This essence is found in joy for it is only when we are happy that we could muster all strength needed to deal with tough moments. Through joy we live our lives with a grace and resilience born of strength.

Moreover, joy is contagious. In the same way that the beauty of a candle is, it can turn a heart into something radiant that would then light up the hearts of others and spread the warmth far and wide. In creating joy within ourselves, we somehow through that power of touch, transmit, healing, and loving energy that reaches out to everybody we meet along the way, weaving a net of love that unifies and binds us together in unity and understanding.

Therefore, as you are walking over each day, you should be carried with a flow of happiness that is going to shine from you, and also touch all the lives you reach out to.
