Tasting an excellent coffee in a new coffee shop in my city

Today is the first day of December, the month that for me is the best of the year, because of the joy and the family celebrations, all that excites me.
I feel very happy for the life that I am leading and I did not think that the subject of coffee would make me so passionate about it that I would study it in more depth, beyond that cup that most of the people in the world drink in the morning.
Among my stories about coffee, in one of them I proposed to myself that once in a while I would visit a coffee shop to taste a high quality coffee, beyond that to experiment myself in terms of tasting and to train my palate.

Now I can deduce many things such as when the coffee is very roasted, when the roasting is very clear, when it is of high quality and when the coffee bean is fresh.

I owe all this to my perseverance with the subject of coffee, and informing myself with the baristas in charge of the preparation of such coffee. Thanks to this type of people, I have been nourished with respect to the subject of coffee.

Now I want to show you a local coffee shop, located in one of the best areas of the city, it is Urban Café. This place besides being a coffee, things that we associate with a meeting place or a place to take a break, enjoy a coffee, a dessert, offers that more.

Why? The site in my opinion is more for the general public.

Here we could easily have a nice time with friends and family, a very attractive place for everyone.

I should also point out that they not only offer coffee and dessert, but also lunch, lots of high quality food and a great variety of groceries.

It works until late at night, Urban is not only that, in the evenings it becomes more like an ideal place for dates and a place to go if you just want to have a different night out.

From my own experience I can say all this, the place is currently in very good condition, and up to date with the Christmas decorations.

This day in particular I went there because I left very early in the morning to attend to other errands and in a hurry to leave early I forgot to have my first cup of coffee of the day.

Already in Urban Café I ordered what I usually drink and that is the espresso, because besides wanting a strong coffee I noticed that they changed the barista and I wanted to see how the coffee was.

Since I already know the owners of the place and I am sure that they do not change the coffee beans, I learned that the hand of the barista also influences the taste and final result of the coffee.

Certainly, the coffee was well prepared, a little acid for my taste, it is synonymous of a bean that is light and personally I prefer a darker one, but the vast majority of people here in my city prefer coffee with a light roast.

As I take into account all these factors I can not deduce that the coffee was very good, the service is still excellent and as I show you the place is very cozy and pleasant.

This knowledge changed my point of view of many things and clearly not everyone here in the city likes coffee as I do, but not for that reason I stop drinking it, in fact at the
time of buying coffee I make sure to look for the roast that I want.
