Homeade Coffee Ice Cream

Greetings to all the users of this community!

Today I want to show you a small recipe resulting from a couple of experiments at home with coffee.
Well, lately it has been raining and it is difficult for me to leave the house. I was very anxious, I wanted a dessert and to accompany said dessert with a coffee.
And so I came up with the idea of mixing both proposals and engineering, a coffee-based dessert at home and the result is what I want to show you.

You see, a while ago I did a little research on coffee and did some research on my own, since I don't have the resources to take a barista course.
So I just got to work with what was within my reach.

And well, as a result I got a kind of very delicious chocolate coffee ice cream and I will show you how I made it.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 100 ml instant whipped cream
  • Chocolate syrup to taste

Preparation:

The use of instant whipped cream is not mandatory, since I used it because I have no experience making one manually.

Now for this we will simply replicate the step by step of cloud coffee but without adding the sugar, which consists of adding the tablespoons of coffee, sugar and 2 of water to the cup where we will prepare the coffee.

I started by mixing the coffee until I obtained the much desired Italian meringue consistency, which would be approximately 5 minutes maximum.

And the mixture was ready, I put it in the freezer, while the coffee freezes, I prepared the whipped cream until it was ready and prepared a pastry bag with a pipe.

Once ready to add the pastry cream to the sleeve, I immediately took the coffee out of the refrigerator and little by little added the whipped cream, since its milky flavor greatly improves the ice cream.
Personally, add a little, but the chantilly is to anyone's taste, ready, garnish the coffee with a little syrup and that's it.

I would recommend this ice cream with a brownie or some cake to accompany and enjoy.
