Greetings to all the hivers and coffee lovers who join us in this community, and Merry Christmas to all.

I hope you are well, I want to talk to you once again about coffee, because I have dedicated myself to consume this drink daily, and I have been a little intrigued by the pros and cons, because we all know that coffee creates addiction, and sometimes we can not be a day without drinking coffee.

But don't worry, coffee has many benefits and according to the little I know about them, they will help our health.
To understand this more thoroughly you have to take into account small concepts of nutrition that I will explain shortly and do not worry, it is not wrong to drink coffee every day.

Coffee has caffeine and very beneficial antioxidants that help prevent liver disease, diabetes and more.

  • Regular consumption of coffee can help the liver to prevent many diseases such as hepatitis and fatty liver, as it helps in the main functions of the liver as the elimination of toxins in the body, diseases that if left untreated could be risky for health.

  • Coffee helps to fight depression, it sounds a little exaggerated, but yes, because caffeine slightly increases the levels of dopamine and also increases the mood.
    I had read this information a few months ago, mentioning that coffee consumption improved the mood of people with depression.

  • Coffee can help our physical performance, of course the concept is quite simple, because caffeine stimulates the nervous system and makes it easier to burn fat in our body.
    Besides, it helps in the energetic part, because I myself have had a cup of coffee 15 minutes before doing physical strength exercises and I feel like I have more energy than normal, why? Well, coffee increases our adrenaline levels, a hormone that prepares us for any situation of physical and mental stress.

  • Also coffee does not make us put on weight, but there is also the possibility that coffee can become something harmful, because normal coffee is totally healthy and natural. The risks exist when we add sugar, milk, chocolates, or anything else that turns it into a dessert, so to speak.

In conclusion, coffee has many benefits as long as it is consumed without sugar or any sweet or fatty ingredient.

It is not bad to drink from time to time some coffee with milk, dessert or treat derived from coffee as long as you keep in mind its risks.

I personally like coffee without sugar, but it is not bad to drink coffee with milk, sugar added because I also do it and I have also dedicated myself to recreate recipes with it as I show you here in some GIFs.
