If the adhesive is undamaged AND there is a cancellation stamp, it's almost worthless as the stamp has been printed and fake stamped just for collectors. This happened a lot in the 60s and 70s as many Eastern European countries were issuing stamps simply for revenue from collectors. Personally I would stay clear as they have no provenance.

Really nice to see someone else posting about philately ! Best wishes

Thank you very much! Even those stamps that have a damaged adhesive layer and have been removed from the envelope have a price. It is low, but at auctions such postage stamps are called - used postage stamps.
Sometimes, their price is very close to the price of canceled postage stamps. And, sometimes, you can find the sales prices of uncanceled stamps and canceled postage stamps very close.
Demand dictates supply) Have a great day!
