No one is coming for you

In a world where social media dominates our lives, it's easy to get caught up in a sense of entitlement, expecting others to provide sympathy, empathy, and constant validation. However, the reality is that nobody owes us anything. We must learn to navigate life's challenges with resilience and independence, just as countless others have done before us.

It's important to recognize that each person is responsible for their own emotional well-being. While it's natural to seek support from friends and loved ones during difficult times, it's unrealistic to expect others to constantly check up on us or provide unwavering sympathy. Life is filled with ups and downs, and we must learn to face those challenges head-on, rather than relying on external validation.

Consider the times when you may have noticed someone's absence on social media or their frequent posts about their struggles. Did you take the time to reach out and check on them? Did you offer a kind word or lend a listening ear? Often, we become so consumed with our own lives and preoccupied with maintaining our "friendship aesthetics" that we overlook the needs of others.

The truth is, everyone is going through something. Every individual faces their own battles, whether visible or hidden. But instead of channeling our energy into self-pity and seeking validation from others, we can choose to focus on finding solutions and moving forward. It's about taking personal responsibility for our own happiness and well-being.

Ranting and complaining about our problems might provide a temporary release, but it rarely leads to lasting solutions. In fact, it often invites ridicule and contempt from those who may not understand or empathize with our struggles. Rather than giving our enemies the satisfaction of seeing us in a weakened state, we can channel our energy into finding constructive ways to overcome our challenges.

This doesn't mean we should never seek support or express our feelings. It simply means that we should approach our struggles with a mindset of resilience and problem-solving. Instead of expecting others to constantly prop us up, we should cultivate our own emotional strength and seek out practical solutions to our problems.

It's worth noting that this perspective does not invalidate the importance of compassion and empathy. We should strive to be there for others when they need us, just as we hope they will be there for us. However, it's crucial to acknowledge that relying solely on others for our emotional well-being is not a sustainable or healthy approach.

Nobody owes us anything in life. It's up to each individual to navigate their own challenges with resilience and independence. While seeking support and understanding from others is natural, we must not rely on constant validation or sympathy. Instead, we can focus on finding solutions, channeling our energy into positive actions, and taking responsibility for our own happiness and well-being. By doing so, we can build a stronger sense of self and face life's obstacles with courage and determination.

I hope you'll get up after reading, cause nobody is coming for you, You have to fight for yourself.
Thanks for stopping by.

A famous drug lord once said that you shouldn't share your challenges with people because a lot of them will never have the solution and the remaining few are happy that you have that problem. However, there are friends who serve as shoulders we can cry on

As much as we have friends we can lean on we can't wait for them to come and rescue us

True words, the initiative to seek solutions to our problems should always be ours.

Our contemporary society now is filled with individuals with narcissistic personality disorders and sense of entitlement even when they haven't invested in where they want to sow, and we can thank social media for that
