Bitcoin and Hive Investment

Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency widely traded worldwide and is one of the favorite financial assets of big businessmen, we can get into the technology behind the Bitcoin as a very profitable option when investing our money in the long and short term.

To invest your money in Bitcoin and think short term we must take into account the risk associated with this type of investment but we should also consider the supply and demand of Bitcoin as this tends to move market prices, the more Bitcoin is bought we will have a considerable upward trend.

I am not a short term investor but Bitcoin is a really nice asset to invest in short because of its sustainability and above all because it is an asset that will last forever in the top 1 of the most traded cryptocurrencies and also because many experts assure that Bitcoin can go to a price above $100,000 in a few years and that is assured by great analysts and Bitcoin investors.

There is the possibility of investing in Blockchain through companies that are dedicated to this type of technology and offer shares to their investors such as Immutable and the well-known FTX and some others that are based on technology related to the Metaverse such as The SandBox.

How to Invest in Bitcoin in Short Term

This can be extremely risky but can be highly profitable, I think the secret lies in knowing what are the best times to buy Bitcoin and this type of information can be obtained by studying some analytics such as the study of the buying pressure and selling pressure at the time, this is called the supply and demand and if we are able to master this type of information we can effectively trade some Bitcoin and see us in a really safe profit.

We have to remember that the Blockchain technology is like a ledger and this ledger stores all the transactions that are made and it is really impossible to modify nor can we alter such data that is stored in this ledger, what I mean is that it is possible to read the transactions but I am not sure if we can see the supply and demand of all the trade that is executed with the Bitcoin and if this is possible we can not do it through a Centralized Exchange as is the case of Binance.

Possibly there are companies dedicated to provide this kind of information and I think there should be this kind of services and solutions because it is really the most important pillar in trading stocks or any other financial asset, if we can realize how much Bitcoin is being sold and how much is being bought we can make really huge decisions and get a beautiful profit for our portfolio.

Blockchain Investments and How to Identify Them

Hive is a really sustainable Blockchain and throughout all these years it has generated confidence to its investors and that is what we must observe in Blockchain investments, we have to take many aspects into account before investing in Blockchain, Hive is attractive because it simply has many dApps in which we can invest our money and I think one of them can be Splinterlands.

To identify a Blockchain Investment you can simply use a dApps radar and explore the Blockchain as for example Hive and its dApps that can be LeoFinance, Splinterlands, WOO, Hive-Engine, Tribaldex, dCrops and among many others taking into account that at least Hive-Engine is a DEX and this does not allow us to make investments but it allows us to exchange our cryptocurrencies for layer 2 tokens such as $DEC and it is something important and above all fundamental.

In this way we can identify a dApps and then give us with our investment.

Now that you know a layer 2 token you can simply make a purchase and wait for a moonshot, this is something that not many people talk about due to its complexity, it is very unlikely that a moonshot will occur but what is this? Basically a moonshot is a really exaggerated price increase and usually happens a lot in DEX such as Hive-Engine, but this is very unlikely in tokens that are really stable and have low volatility and inflation such as LEO.

LEO is a layer 2 token but for many it is considered a really stable cryptocurrency because it has no inflation and above all it has a lot of liquidity.

For a moonshot to exist the layer 2 token has to have a lot of volatility and that has its pros and cons, for example if a layer 2 token rises 300,000% it can also fall 200,000% and that is the reality.

Hive Blockchain Retirement

In Hive we can find really nice dividends and of course we should talk about the HBD and the 20% APR which is a really beautiful thing, but I understand that some people want a much higher APR because they simply want to retire fast and I think Hive is a really suitable solution for all this.

There are really nice DeFi projects and we should consider this, I think the most nice DeFi projects can be simply Splinterlands and LeoFinance, there is a project called CUB Finance that is really nice because of its high APR and this APR can be found near 40% sometimes and this is really nice, considering that very few times it has been found in more than 60% of this APR.

We can also find liquidity pools on Hive-Engine that are really profitable in terms of returns and I can recommend CUB Finance because we are simply bringing value to our community and adding liquidity to the LEO Exchange on a large scale, someday we can be great investors and have really nice dividends.

I believe LEO has inflation which used to be high (over 20k) before but had been reduced to (around 5-6k daily) after the new mechanics for the bounties were implemented.

Also, Cub Finance is not on Hive-Engine but off-chain. It is built on the Binance Smart Chain.
