Good food good mood 9: bread Rava toast

Hello & welcome agian to my blog good food good mood. I'm so glad that you are here.

Today I'm going to share the recipe of Bread Rava toast or suji toast. This is a breakfast or snack recipe made with suji curd batter adding some vegetables and herbs topping on bread slices. This is a quick and easy recipe. You can add any vegetables of your choice like onion, tomato, capcicum, cucumber, beetroot etc.

Ingredients:

semolina 1 cup
Curd 1/2 cup
Water
Finely chopped Onion
Chopper Tomato
Chopped Capcicum
Grated Ginger
Finely chopped Green chilli
Salt
Black pepper

What veggies i used for this time :

That time i don't have capcicum so i skipped it and make rava roast with onion , tomato, chilli and ginger. You can add veggies to your choice.

How to prepare it :

  • First take semolina (suji) in a bowl. Now make smooth batter adding curd and water.

  • Add chopped vegetables and herbs in the batter.

  • Now cut the bread slice in 2 pieces:

I cut all bread together.

  • Now heat a griddle , Grease with ghee drops with the help of a brush. You can use oil also.

  • carefully dip the piece in the batter , and put it on hot griddle.

At one time you can make 3-4 pieces.

  • Cook it on medium flame till topping turn golden brown.

  • Turnover and cook on the other side. And remove on a plate.

Bread Rava Toast is ready to enjoy. Serve in with ketchup or green chutney.

I used brown bread to make this toast. You can use white or brown bread as your choice. This toast also best for tiffin snack. Before packing cool down it completely otherwise they become soggy.
You can also garnish it with cheese.

There are many ways to make this toast recipe. You can put Topping only one side. For that you don't need to cut bread slice before. Place all slices and put stuffing on it and cook it. This is also a good way to make crispy bread rava toast .

My whole family love this recipe and enjoy it 😄 hope you also like it and will try it soon 😊

Thanku so much for your time, support and love. ☺️🤍

Have a great week ahead 💫❤️
