All about travel / trip budget allocation or trip budget planning

Travelling, trips are a major part of all our lifes. To make life intresting, to bring adventure and to take a break from daily routine, holiday/ trips are necessary for everyone.

If you plan a trip without planning , it may become more of a burden than fun.

Sometime sudden trip also happens which is also best in itself . But it is important that we plan the trip in advance and consider all its aspects.

The aspects which is important to plan a trip and it's budget:

1. Best time for the destination
2. transportation / tickets expenses
3. Hotels
4. food
5. expenses for tourist activities or adventurous
6. Local transportation fair
7. Local shopping
8. others like tickets, pass , Prasad etc

Let's discuss about all aspects:

1) Time for the destination :

For any trip time is an imperative factor. This is important to consider this factor before planning any trip. All other factors also decide after this.

Here are 2-3 points for consider:

• Destination which you decide ; what is the best time to visit it ?

• Can you plan that trip at that time

• How much time is left from now

Every place has its own best time to visit, according to the weather there. Whether you go to the beach, mountains, temple, garden, international trip , the maximum joy comes when you plan the trip at the right time.

Even if you plan at peak time or any special occasion , your trip will be expensive and you will get rush there.

It is best to plan your trip before or slightly after peak time, and plan the trip 2-3 months in advance.

Ex: last year we visit to trimbakeshwar ( maharshtra). The best time to visit there in the month of savan according to Hindu calander. But we visit there just after that month, our trip was great and we had lot of fun due to pleasent wheather.

2 ) Transportation:

Pick the best , suitable and budget friendly way to go that place. Because transportation is the biggest cost for any trip. Book tickets in advance and avoide the peak time and avil the offer the credit card is the best way for budget friendly trip.

3 ) Hotels :

First search hotels in that area and check the reviews. If you pick hotel near the destination you might be get expensive hotels. So by booking a hotel 4-5 km away from the destination and pre booking of the hotel , you can get cheaper accommodation. Rest depends on that place.

4 ) Food :

First do some research about the best food of that destination. When you book your hotel you have option the meal included , so you can pick breakfast in it. Because they offer brunch to you , so after get ready, enjoy your brunch and have fun whole day 😌 just have some refreshments in between.

And for dinner enjoy the local food rather than go to expensive hotels. With this you can enjoy the local special food in low budget.

5 ) Expense for tourist activities or adventurous:

Whenever we go out it will be best time to do some adventures and some activities. For that we have to buy tickets for that. So always keep aside budget for it. Some activities can be done cheaply while others have to be paid for high.

6 ) Local transportation fair :

This is also depends how many days trip you have and how much travel do you have to do this. We can include in this all taxi, rikshaw fair and etc .

7 ) Local shopping:

If you love shopping specially where you go and you want to buy that place speciality , than you have to plan this in your budget. You can google it about that cost before.

8 ) Others:

When you go out to our home or city, there are many expenses big or small. Like entry tickets, parasad, pass , medical and many more. You also have to plan it in your budget.

The trip can not be done 100% according to your budget but by planning you can enjoy a very peaceful trip.
