TTT - Feel Good Tuesday
Hello Hive Music Lovers!,
Welcome to another #threetunetuesday created originally by @ablaze.
I like to share some music that I am listening to each week and today I share some tunes from artists that I have discovered thanks to Hivers participating in #ttt.
But first, for those unfamiliar with TTT or Three Tune Tuesday.... to quote @ablaze :
The jist is as follows
Every Tuesday I'm going to share 3 songs which I like to listen to and I invite your feedback in the comments below. Better still, why not have a blast of your own Three Tune Tuesday and mention me in the post and I'll come and find the post and upvote it. If you could also use #threetunetuesday tag that would be great, as that is what I use when sifting through all the entries every Wednesday. It'll be a sweet way for us all to discover new music. The first tune I discovered through the song Jacaré that was shared I think last week or the week before, but I can't find the actual post anymore sadly. It was quite a cool tune and I listened to a few other tunes by the artist(s) Sofi Tukker and found one that I liked even more that I will share today.
I discovered Sofi Tukker is actually the names of the duo who make up this act. Sofi is the singer and Tukker is on the keyboard and DJs more so. Although they apparently live in Florida, Sofi was born in Frankfurt, Germany.
I really love this collaboration tune they did and it has gotten me even more in the feel good mood for today. I am really feeling that Brazilian soul.
Brazilian Soul
The next tune is from the brilliant Alex Serra whom I was introduced to by @llunasoul 2 weeks ago. I listened to more of his tunes and I really like this one So Free.
The last couple of weeks I have played most of the songs by Alex and really enjoyed them and in particular this one resonated well with me.
Here is a live performance he did with one of the dancers who features in a few of his videos. I am not quite sure what sort of dancing it is, but looks pretty cool.

The final song that I have been playing a little is the great song from Taylor Swift. I know how much of a fan @bozz is. My wife is also a huge fan and we would love to go and see her live.
With the end of summer here now with the cold weather, I think it is an appropriate tune to finish off with.
It has gotten so cold, I need even a blanket to keep my legs warm when working in my home office. Although I do like the different seasons, I am for sure missing the summer already.

She is really great, somehow such a great artist. I am glad it is not just me with a blanket! lol
Yeah! always good to see a song from T Swizzle! I love it! That first song is pretty awesome too! Great stuff. It is cold around here too. I have started turning on the heater in my office and I busted out my warmer sleeping blanket last night.
Yeah, I have a soft spot for her somehow. She has everything, the looks, sound, work ethic and alround great artist.
I hope you dont get as much snow as last year where it was over the doors! I was just putting the ice freeze in the cars so they dont freeze in the mornings. Had to scrape a few times already! brrrrr!
It's hard to say what we will get anymore. I doubt it will be as bad as it has been. That seems to be the trend anyway lately. Taylor is an impressive woman. She has a great business sense and the creative juices to build an empire.
She is a guilty pleasure for sure! Many great tunes.

My friend you did not do any fair use? these are simple embed shares why are you talking about fair use when this is not even your content this is a simple link share and the owner is clearly visible. If this is new rule then I would like to know more about it but this has really made all the hair on my hands stand tall really :(.

This Brazillian soul is do freaking cool! I looked for this version Spotify but couldn't find it. So I will have to stream from YT any time I want to listen. What a song! That Sax just makes it all the more alluring.

I know, I really love this Brazilian Soul tune, it makes me want to fly away to Brazil and enjoy that Brazilian spirit there!

Sofi Tukker are pretty cool, really cool music. I hadn't heard of them , thanks! I wish I spoke Portuguese, I only understand enough to be frustrating, and that's because I speak Spanish.
Alex is pretty cool too, another new one for me, I'll have to check some more of his stuff out.
Taylor Swift... She's OK but it seems like constant overhype about her all the time. I've kind of gotten sick of it. She a talented woman though!
Im really loving Sofi Tukker and the Brazilian soul vibe. She says she feels that she has it in her soul. There are some great portuguese tunes, I wish I could understand it too.

Hello, nice to meet you through this musical selection. As a musician I always appreciate when Hivers share songs, like you I listen to them to see what it's all about and being a global platform I always discover something new to add to my playlist. These three are awesome, but I only knew the Taylor Swift one because it's so popular.
I'll definitely go with Alex Serra's So Free, that's the kind of sound I've been looking for lately, something calmer and that lifts my spirits every day. I don't know the name of that dance in the video either, but I've seen it in many concerts, in fact I've seen them in duets and they look really good, and impressive. If you like you can see what I think is the same dance (or at least it is similar) in this Madonna performance, it's really mesmerising:

I do remember this concert from Madonna, I think you are right it is the same type of dancing and a great example of it too. I do love lots of Madonna's work. I think you will like Alex Serra, he has some really great calm music and it is great for lifting your spirits, the videos are also really well made too.

Alex Serra's "So Free" is like a serene boat ride down memory lane. As for Taylor Swift's "Cruel Summer", it's the perfect soundtrack to bid adieu to summer breezes. Thanks for this musical carousel; it's a Tuesday treat!
