HiveFest Stacking FOMO
It has been 2 weeks since my last update and I thought it would be a good time to assess my progress toward my Hive goals. Today the HiveFest starts and it looks like it will be a great event with a cool Mexican theme. I was never in Mexico and would like to visit one day for sure.

it has got me in stacking FOMO mode. My main focus is on powering up Hive and building my Hive Power and with this bear market, I feel like I need to stack like I have never stacked before! The potential of Hive is huge and it will pay off big time in the future.
Hive is still looking very cheap right now and it has been the perfect time to pick up some extra liquid Hive. I decided to buy another 1k Hive ready for HPUD next week. Currently I am ranked 180 for Hive Power, but with this 1k powerup, it should move me up to place 178.
We are now approaching the middle of September and the end of week 38 and it is hard to think the summer is over already and we need to prepare for winter. I saw some people are already counting down the days to christmas, it is less than 100 I think.
My Hive tokens grew by 782 since last time, so around 381 per week which is pretty good. It pays to stay consistent during this bear market. I am over 90% of the way to reaching my target and have 4132 Hive left to power up this year to reach my 100k goal. Only 3132 not including the 1k Hive that I will power up next week. With Hive at these low prices, I will for sure be looking for another buying opportunity when the stacking fomo hits.
My ALIVE tokens grew by 232 since last time which is still over 100 ALIVE per week. Still 6784 to go for this goal.
My GLX goal has been progressing nicely with an increase of 4838 since last time and the price has still been steadily falling like all in this bear market. I will try and pick up some more tokens where possible.
There are 14 weeks left til the end of the year. How are you progressing toward your goals?

Nice post, il keep stacking at this low level, I hit my eoy goal of 10k il powerup and hit it on Oct 1st so I guess next is 15. You will easily manage 100k! Thanks for the links to livestream, will watch. Have a great weekend :))

I was reading some other posts on HIVE where the author began to doubt his goals after reaching a high amount of tokens... I have noticed that I also began to doubt some of the projects for which I was convinced that they would succeed...
From my experience, these doubts are the signs that we are very close to the bottom of this hard bear cycle...
On the other side, the truth is that some projects will die, but the point is that we have bags for at least 50% of those that will... 😃
So, the next 1K power-up, and you are jumping over @revisesociology? 🙂
I feel you with those doubts. The more time we spend investing and checking on projects, those doubts can creep in. I guess we also gain more experience and recognise good and bad signs better. It is also a good reason to have not everything in 1 bag so you can stay in the game if you are wrong, so hopefully we get that 50% you mention.
I haven't checked many talking heads. Recently but am divided of whether we see more pain and higher rates yet. But Bitcoin is still in a bull market afaik.
I should jump Revisesociology soon, it is a close race!
Good decision to gear up staking now :)
In a year people will say, "why we were so stupid and didn´t buy when Hive was <30c"!
