Red Berry
Strawberries are one of the berries that we grow that will have red berry, yellow berry but it is the other way around, the fruit will be greenish yellow before it changes to its ripe color. When a strawberry turns red it is ready to eat. People who are afraid of strawberries have a phobia referred to as fragariaphobia.

Beautyberry serves as a crucial food source for many wild species, particularly birds and deer. The berries are also edible to humans, although should be consumed in small amounts. Raw berries are edible but generally are used to make jellies and wines.

I am sorry, I thought I could copy anything as long as I said where I copied it from. I will not do it again. I have used the Pixabay site before but I have forgotten about it. Thank you for letting me know this.

You're welcome.

The worst thing about Hive: people generally learn rules by being punished for things they don't know.

The best thing about Hive: we can all help each other know.

I've had gooseberries and tomatillos, but nothing quite like those ground cherries. We have many native reddish berries here in the mountains, including bearberries, huckleberries, and honeysuckle. I can't think of any native yellow berries off hand, but aren't yellow cherry tomatoes technically berries?

They say tomatoes are a fruit but as far as I am concerned, they are vegetables. Ground cherries taste good and are the only yellow berries that I know of.
