5 minute freewrite prompt long deviation

This is my post for #freewriters 2259/2229 prompt long deviation hosted by @mariannewest and @daily.prompt

One of my daughters called yesterday and asked if we would be home today around noon, I said yes, why? She said she had our present and it would not fit in her house.

All day yesterday I wondered what it could be that would not fit in her house, I was clueless. The other daughter showed up today and said the other one would be here shortly with the gifts, one for each of us. Now I am still wondering what will not fit in a house and is for both of us.

They carried in two huge boxes that had no problem fitting into my house. She made up the part about them not fitting in her house so she would have a reason to bring them now. I still can not figure out what could be in the boxes.

It is new chairs, one for each of us. I have always had someone's hand-me-downs, bought it from a thrift store or at a yard sale but I have never in my life had a brand new piece of furniture this is a long deviation from the norm for me.

The daughter that thinks chairs will not fit in a house,lol, and my last two grandbabies sitting in one of the new chairs.
