5 minute freewrite 2357 prompt prevalence of failure

We have been able to sell some of our areca palms but not as many as we have sold in the past. We know it is because the big plant nursery has started selling clusias and they are cheaper than arecas. The only problem with them is if we get a freeze, it will kill them, we have had two warm winters so no one is thinking about this and the big nurseries only think about if they freeze, they will be able to sell another plant, with no cares to the money people are putting out.

I have had several people say they will be here but their prevalence of failure to show up has been higher this year than in years past. One said they were coming to get 50, we had errands to run and waited all day, but we never heard back from them. Another wanted 30, they said when they would be here, we waited and they never showed. These were the two big orders, we have had others who were no shows.

We have several areas that did not turn out as full as we would like them to be, so today I placed an ad saying I would sell them for 20 dollars each, they are 5 to 6 feet tall and in 7 gallon pots.

They will still make a nice hedge

but my husband does not want to sell them because he thinks they do not look as good as these.

I put this new ad up today and within 20 minutes someone said they wanted them and would come today, I sent them my address and asked for them to give me a time when they will arrive. I have not heard back from them.
