I have finally gotten up the gumption to change my boat over from pompano fishing to trout fishing. After dragging my baitwell out of the old chicken coop and seeing the wasps flying around I knew there was a nest somewhere, it was under the lip on the inside of it. When I moved my coolers to the front well of my boat two more wasps were flying around me. I found that nest under the edge of what will be the ends of the baitwell, where my cleats are located, I got our can of spray and was able to get that nest out without being stung.

I got the baitwell in the boat and everything hooked up to it, I was even feeling a little excited about going trout fishing, but it did not last long because by now my hand was hurting and it made me wonder if I was ever going to be able to fish again.

Last year I put a new divider in the baitwell but I cut this too deep and when I have bait and water in the well, it leaves a trench that the bait can swim over to the next section of the baitwell. Last year I put a piece of wood in it but it was always falling out and swore that this year I would not be dealing with it.

I was looking at it when it hit me, dummy put a piece of wire over the trench to keep the bait from swimming to the other side.

I needed some spray oil to put on my battery wing nuts so I could loosen them, but as always it has oil in the can but will not spray. My husband told me to get the air nozzle to the air compressor. He took the cap off of the can and turned on the compressor, he stuck the end over the spray nozzle of the can and pushed it down while giving it air, now it sprays. Be careful doing this because when he pushed down, it sprayed up, if he had been looking down at it, it would have sprayed him in the face.
