5 minute freewrite 2164 prompt his deviation

THE WORLD HAS COME TO AN END. Well, it has in my husband's eyes. We had a bad thunderstorm and it knocked out his computer. Which would not be a problem if we knew what we were trying to do. He had bought a new computer several months ago but was waiting for this one to quit. Now he wants to import his bookmarks. I did this when I got my new laptop and it was simple to do. Just go to bookmarks and import, it was easy.

We have been trying to do this for 3 hours now, he gave up 2 hours and 45 minutes ago, and I just now gave up.

I told him to just google the site that he wants to look at and then bookmark it. You would have thought that I told him to cut off his right hand, or his left because he is a lefty. Anything that leads him away from his deviation is like the world is ending.

You see the computer is his nighttime thing. He does not watch TV, he reads on the computer and likes to watch YouTube videos of people who sail around the world. That has always been his dream, to own a sailboat and sail to different places. As for me, nope, I do not want to live on a sailboat.

Maybe when our daughter or one of the grandkids comes over they can do it for him, but until that happens I will put in earplugs.
