Principles For a Happy And Meaningful Existence

I hope you all are spending your time great and I'm also enjoying my life. Today I decided to share my thoughts and experience about one of the most important topic that how a person can spend his life happy, it doesn't matter man or woman.

There are various principles that how a person can spend his life happy. One of the most important principle is that invest your time in building a strong relationship with your friends and family members, in this way a person can feel positive as well as happy.

The second most important principle to spend your life happier is that take care of your physical and mental health, it can only be happened through regular exercise, proper breakfast, lunch and dinner and finally a sufficient sleep. Once I was not taking care of my health, like I was not doing my breakfast, believe me my whole day was not going well and I used to be very sad.

The third most important thing is that a person have to set a meaningful goals in his life. For instance, my life goal is to become a richest person in the world and that can only be happened by my hard work and I've to take creative steps that can be beneficial for me in terms of wealth. In addition, I'm quite optimistic about this platform that in terms of long term it will gonna help me more to build my wealth.

Furthermore, if a person wants to be happy in his life than he has to live in the present rather than worrying about the past or thinking about the future. Few months before I used to do the same thing, I was worried about my future that what might be happen, but one day my father asked me why are you so sad then I told my father that I'm worried about my future then he told me that never be sad thinking about your future or past, just live in the present and enjoy your life.

The next most important principle for being happy is that a person have to engage himself in the acts of kindness and contribute to help the others. Helping others brings a great source of fulfilment and happiness to the person so help others as much as you can. In addition, there are many ways to help others like help the old people's in crossing the road, help some poor families by giving them money, give food to the hungry people and etc.

Moreover, the next principle is that a person has to manage his stress, it can only be happened by effective techniques, such as meditation, yoga, or engaging yourself in hobbies. For example, my hobby is to play football and reading comic books, so whenever I feel bored or stressed I will engage myself with my hobbies like playing football or reading comic books.

Finally, last but not the least, a person have to celebrate his achievements, it doesn't matter his achievements are small or big just celebrate it and make your mood happy. Recognize your achievements and appreciate yourself for your progress.
