Good afternoon all. Starting the 2020/2021 season, Christian Pulisic wears the number 10 shirt at Chelsea. Pulisic is happy to finally get the number he coveted. Pulisic took over the number 10 jersey after the previous owner, Willian, moved to Arsenal. The American player also removed the jersey number 22, which he previously used since joining Chelsea from Borussia Dortmund in January 2019. Previously, the jersey number 10 was also worn by former Chelsea top player Eden Hazard for six seasons before moving to Real Madrid. The number also belonged to Joe Cole and Juan Mata. Christian Pulisic made his first match with the number 10 shirt during Chelsea's 4-0 Premier League win over Crystal Palace last week. Pulisic has impressed in his debut season after signing the Blues from Borussia Dortmund last winter. Appearing in 34 games in the 2019/20 season, Pulisic recorded 11 goals and 10 assists which helped Chelsea finish in the top four in the Premier League and advance to the FA Cup final.
