Some investment might actually be worth it in the end if we take a closer look at them.
Crypto and digital currency brought about a means of payment and also a way to multiply your finances buying tokens and waiting for their values to increase while real estate is an investment where you buy land or other property and watch their values increase as well over the years, resell and take out principal amount and gains.

Some crypto might take more than 10years before these tokens become something of value.
Imagine buying hive at cent value and waiting for 10-20years to resell when it hits the dollar values in price.

From my recent conversation with a real estate manager I realized how some lands can give you a 100% gain in less than 2years.
But a property in a developing area today and be lucky enough to sell it at twice the buying price in less than 2years.

Other times out of luck you can buy properties from desperate sellers and resell at higher prices almost instantly or within the shortest space of time.

Buying and selling of properties actually pays more than building estates, houses and putting these houses, estates or properties under rent.

For instance you build a house with a total cost of 2million naira but there will be no tenant out there willing to pay such an amount as house rent per year.

The highest you can get is around a 100 thousand per year as payment for rent and with that amount it will take 20yeaers to get back the principal amount (capital) of 2million spend to build the house.

Interest can be continuous for years after the payments of initial capitals which has taking over 20years, meaning that you have to wait for 20solid years before taking out any first gain in such investment.
That is the recent experience and knowledge of the practical sense of this aspect of real estate investment works.
It is better to buy and resell properties than to build and wait for years to get back the principal amount before thinking about interest.

Keeping in mind too that some crypto also require such amount of time to increase in value or worth a substantial amount.

With hope that this will not be taking as a counsel I really wish to invest in both worlds.
That's what investors do, spreading out their portfolio into different businesses and investment and be much able to take gains in one while waiting for the other.
One can buy and resell properties while holding on to crypto and waiting for their good days.

Real estate posses lesser risk compared to crypto where any token can crash ones portfolio and there us possibility of long and short term gains.
