A fruity, fresh thirst quencher

I just came back from my morning walk and a melon drink is especially refreshing.
Did you know that melons, botanically speaking, belong to the vegetables?

The seeds of watermelon, unlike sugar melons, are distributed throughout the flesh. Melons usually do not ripen after harvest. You can recognize ripe watermelons by the sound when you knock on the melon. If you hear a deep, dark sound, then the melon is ripe.
