Creating an account through Leofinance - Feedback [EN/PT]

Today, I introduced my girlfriend to Hive through Leofinance. You'll see in the video that she tried to create her account through Google, but it didn't work. Then, with Twitter (X) using the username: xlety_, both attempts resulted in an error. Afterward, when she tried to log in, a message appeared saying that the account already existed, but we couldn't log in. Following that, we attempted to create another account with the username xletyx, using a different email, and finally, she managed to create the account.

However, even with the account created, some errors still occurred. She couldn't upload a profile picture but was able to add her location.

She also managed to create her first thread but got a bit stressed due to the various attempts. She told me that she tried to reply to comments, but it didn't work; her replies weren't loading.

Well, I was here next to her while she was going through this process, and even so, it was a bit challenging because of the errors. Still, I believe it's a straightforward account creation process, and I liked that. If it weren't for the errors, creating an account would be quick and easy.

Some questions.

• Is a keychain necessary to claim rewards for threads?

• How does she obtain the account keys?

• With this created account, is it possible to make a long post on the Leofinance front or any other front?

In conclusion, there are some small barriers that perhaps new users are not yet accustomed to, and some errors are difficult to understand. For those already familiar and frequent with handling the front on threads, these errors are more understandable. However, people coming from web2 might not be aware that it is a platform still in its early stages and needs some improvements. Maybe if it were someone else without the support of someone from within, as I did, it could be a point of giving up due to these small errors. Still, I believe these issues can be easily addressed. So here, I leave my feedback from the firsthand experience I closely followed.

Hoje iniciei minha namorada aqui na Hive através da Leofinance. Você verá ai no vídeo que ela tentou criar sua conta através da conta Google mas não funcionou. Depois com o Twitter (X) utilizando o username: xlety_ e os dois deram erro. Depois ela tentou fazer o login e apareceu uma informação dizendo que a conta já existia, porém não conseguimos logar. Após isso, tentamos criar outra conta com o username xletyx, utilizando outro e-mail e finalmente ela conseguiu criar a conta.

Porém, mesmo com a conta criada, alguns erros ainda aconteceram. Ela não conseguiu colocar uma foto de perfil mas conseguiu adicionar a localização.

Ela também conseguiu fazer seu primeiro thread e ficou meio estressada pelas varias tentativas. Ela ainda me disse que tentou responder os comentários mas não funcionou, as respostas dela não carregava.

Bem, eu estava aqui do lado dela enquanto ela fazia esse processo e mesmo assim foi um pouco difícil por conta dos erros, mas acredito que é um processo de criação de conta bem simples e gostei disso. Se não fosse pelos erros seria rápido e fácil criar uma conta.

Algumas perguntas.

• É necessário uma keychain para resgatar as recompensas dos threads?

• Como ela consegue as chaves da conta?

• Com essa conta que foi criada, é possível fazer uma publicação longa no front da Leofinance ou em qualquer outro front?

Concluindo, existem algumas pequenas barreiras que talvez novos usuários ainda não estão habituados e alguns erros difíceis de compreender. Para quem já faz parte e já tem frequência com o manejo do front no threads é mais compreensível com esses erros, porém pessoas que vem da web2 dois não tem essa consciência que é uma plataforma que ainda esta no inicio e precisa ainda de algumas melhoradas. Tavez se fosse uma outra pessoa sem o suporte de alguém aqui de dentro como eu fiz, seria um ponto de desistência com esses pequenos erros, mas acredito que isso possa ser fácil de concertar. Então por aqui eu deixo meu feedbeack da experiência que acompanhei de perto.
