The Hike Of Prices Affecting One's Budget And Income

I really don't know the way forward on how most people is really going to endure and survive with the hike of prices affecting foods stuffs and other important things that is needed in the country. My country Nigeria is really facing a lot from this situation as things begin to go up without a sign of it coming down and from the look of things once a price of something goes up it hardly comes down which is the challenging part we face in the country.

We are heading towards Christmas and New year where most of the prices of things will go up. This have been a daily situation to experience because what you spend on today or buy don't stick to the same price anymore because you will hear situation like the price of fuel has gone up so it have affected other prices.

This is really unfair for such situation to occur because it is affecting those who aren't financially stable where they find it difficult to afford two square meal not to talk of three square meal. The minimum wage is nothing to write about anymore because this is even becoming more useless where it can not sustain a family for one week not to talk of a month.

Despite the hike of petrol, gas, food stuffs and other things needed to survive, the minimum wage for citizens still remains stagnant which is very much bad and uncalled for. The minimum wage which is 30 thousand naira in Nigeria money and that around $30 can't sustain anymore to manage and this is becoming more frustrating as there is not even a better job for citizens to do.

This is one major reason why some go into legal stuff just to survive and the reason is because they can't bear the hardship anymore where even the governments don't care about their citizens. Every New year we always have the hope for a new change where citizens can feel excited and develop hope to survive but that however is not happening as everyone have to fight for themselves to survive.

It feels so devasting to be such situation where what you've struggled for can't solve or balance your needs. Transportation has gone up, electricity bills has increased, children school fees has gone high and so many hike in prices that have kept citizens wondering why it is so. Our budget and financial income is no more up to the task on what we really want to pay or balance which has become a bigger challenge and we have no choice than to look for a way to survive.

This is why citizens are looking for means to leave the country because there isn't any sign of hope that it would be better. Even deriving the mindset to travel out is no child's play because the amount to run such package isn't easy anymore as the hike of prices have also affected that as well. I just believe that individuals who have a better plan for themselves can eradicate this challenges and live better, though it won't be that easy but they can make a way and not give up.
