State of the Empire - 05/28/2023 - Weekly Financial Report.

   Welcome to my Blog about the State of the Empire, my personal journey of financial tracking and discovery on Hive.

   Well, this Sunday snuck right up on me. Been a busy week, but here we are at another reporting day.

   Bit of a change going on with my funding goals. I got to doing a little digging through some HiveStat reports on different 'whales' and realised they have a very specific investment strategy. I aim to do what I can to learn fro their choices and create a strong account myself.

   Hive Assets are going to be the focus of my future invested fiat. One thing almost every whale has in common is a massive pool of Hive assets, except for @khaleelkazi, who seems to have an obsession with LEO, of all things... ;P My drool candy has to be @lazy-panda, though, with 550K HP and 1.1M HBD. I am SOOOOO Jelly over that one. But anyway... I daydream.

The plan is to maintain a 60-at-a-time increase in HBD each fiat investment. My goal for HBD is to eventually get to a point that it can provide 2k HBD growth per month on it's own. We will see. I'm thinking to make HP about 25-50% of my HBD holdings. Only real reason to even hold it is for curation, and... yeah, I like to upvote on things I like. I haven't decided yet. Trouble for me is liquidity. Life has a way of finding out that I am putting money away and then throwing monkey wrenches until I have to spend it all to survive. HBD, I can convert pretty quickly. HP will sink me, if I have a financial emergency.

   Going forward, CTP will grow on it's own merit and LEO will get a 150 boost every LPUD. They are just for curation, anyway. Dreaming... I would like to see about 20K in each curation specific token that can be handed out, so that I give a little of everything whenever I upvote, but we will see. I need to concentrate on what will give me better growth with less effort, at least until I have enough passive flow to give me more time for effort.

Input/Output Value represents the money (fiat) I put in VS what it's current worth in (fiat), based on my spreadsheet tracking of values I inject in and take out of my Hive Portfolio for tax records.

    That's the numbers for today. I made a deposit this week, but it's already absorbed into this weeks values. I think the actual fiat spend was $87.48. I buy USDC on Coinbase, trade it for LTC, send it to hive and convert it to SWAP.HIVE, and then diversify it as I want on the blockchain.
