Enjoy the Crackling of Pork Rinds - Hot & Yum Snack!

Greetings everyone! Have you ever try this snack call pork rinds before? It is so popular in my region now in this dry season.

This afternoon, I came back from school to find my aunt selling deep-fried pork rinds in front of our house. This place as well, she also prepared and ready to sell lunch meals for local workers. About the price it cost 5000 riel for each, it was too light but every bite is enjoyable.

The packaging, you can easily take it off, constructed with convenient plastic material that makes it effortless to carry around. I love this crispy snack so much, we can enjoy a savory and crunchy snack wherever we want.

Everyday, she sells all of these delicious pork rinds within one week to two weeks before she starts to requests for additional orders to restock from Thailand. The purchase for these crackling snacks is so high in local that she never fails to run out of stock! The customers as me simply really enjoyed it, flavorful of these imported treats. And without much mentioned, she really run a great business.

I think if I go on a road trip, I would buy this for accompany me. But it ways have a salty flavors, so make sure I have my water or drink with me.

The one lady, who show up to be my previous teacher, also came to purchase this snack. She had tried it last week and loved it so much that she ordered five more boxes again. It's a thing to say that she really enjoys these pork rinds as me.

We had a great conversation, as we hadn't seen each other in a few months since I drop out, and finally we even said our goodbyes. But before she left, she actually gave me one package of pork rinds, here I taste it in front.
