The experience on this Hive Blockchain is that of mutual relationship. Mutual relationship in the sense that we all interact with each other in order to earn rewards. Like I always stress, pretending as if we are just casual or reward-mindless content creators is deception in disguise. We are here because it is an avenue of earning; we are on this platform because we can get rewards compared to other social media platforms. Someone like me, my engagements on other media platforms have reduced since I got to know about the Hive Blockchain.

Every system or active device has an engine which propels it. Hive Blockchain is an ecosystem which takes its life from the mutual interactions of its inhabitants. We were taught in our college days that the inhabitants of the habitat in the ecosystem take their sustenance from each other. The producers manufacture the food; then the primary consumers feed on them. The secondary consumers in turn feed on the primary consumers. In this way energy flows from the producers to even the tertiary consumers.

Anyone who does not study and systematically comply with the basic sustaining factors governing growth on the Hive Blockchain will just be discouraged out. Getting the key and being able to tap into the resources of the blockchain might take a little time. Newbies should not get discouraged easily. There will certainly be profits if we endure the initial booting period. Sometimes, this period could span into months or possibly a year. One's ability to study and understand a system plays a vital role here. Some people can grab it early and hit the ground running while others could spend a few years to get the key.
Still at that, some people's negligent attitude or lack of confidence in the system could cheat them out of the goodies from that system. Hive is very productive and engagement here pays better.

If you are in hive and do not have the mindset of earning then you will not last long in the ecosystem. It is through mutual benefits that every system grows.

I build friendships and relationships with others on the ecosystem by regularly reading and commenting on their contents. When I first started, I was not recognized. So, at first I had no rewards but I did not stop because I knew that the way to succeed is to make friends with those who are succeeding. So I spent my time reading posts from those I knew have been on the hive a while and therefore knew what one should learn in order to climb up the ladder. I was watching out for @taskmaster, @ ifarmgirl, @tarazkp, @cyclope, @shortsegments and others. Whenever I notice their contents I try to read them and share my views.

You could wonder how that helps. A lot! Now some of those friends voluntarily scan through my blog and upvote my contents. Most rewarding is the fact that some of them share ideas with me. They correct me when I mess up and encourage me in the right direction. Through this relationship and interaction, my growth on the chain is facilitated. I might not appear that successful now but I sure know that I see hope alive.

One other thing that some Hivers do not take into consideration is upvoting. Everyone including you needs rewards. The rewards come from upvoting others' contents. So, to enhance the growth in the system, we must all be actively involved in upvoting contents and comments. You are not encouraging someone's skills and resourcefulness if you keep ignoring upvoting others' contents and comments. The beautiful thing about this is that both the authors and the curators earn.

You could learn relationships, parenting, business, finance management, religious studies, information technology, and lots more. Whenever you write or comment, you are adding to the knowledge base of the system.

In summary, I have discovered that progress on this Blockchain is achieved through lovingly interacting and encouraging one another in a friendly manner.
