Hurting others, sometimes we don't even realise it. I explain: we believe that by doing actions we are helping or collaborating with that person and we never consider that we are hurting them. This is my case.

At this moment I remember something that happened many years ago, it was a little lie as we say white. They made a phone call asking for a person, of course that person was not there. Then, that person insisted to me several times that if they called him, why did I refuse.

At that moment, there were a lot of mixed feelings, I felt so sorry for denying something that did happen and I denied it. As my style is not to lie, of course I spent several sleepless nights ...the guilt was cornering me...on the other hand, I kept insisting that I didn't receive the call so that I wouldn't look like a liar because I never really was, nor am I like that...I got myself into a big couple problem. I think that's what tormented me.

Well, years went by, for that person I'm a liar, I don't know what he thinks of me after so much time. I never saw him again. The relationship with the person ended and I think he stayed with that person who called and I denied that he was called.

I have made amends, because I acted immaturely at the time, I know I made a mistake. That scene has come to my mind several times and I have made amends because I understood that asking for forgiveness is not necessary to have the person in front of me, I just thought about him and I have asked for forgiveness several times. Now when that scene arrives, if it arrives, it doesn't give me anything, I'm free of that situation. That's my way of making amends.
