An excellent Saturday of this weekend, with heat, lots of heat.
Greetings to all

What are you reading or listening to this weekend?
Remember to use your own photos

This weekend it's a bit of everything, I had to call the doctor to come to the house to treat my mother. I am thankful that the girl who helps me was able to come over to organize the house a bit.

I have been listening to Dr. Joe Dizpenza for several weeks now. The first book I listened to is Stop Being You...the second one The Placebo is You and this weekend I am listening to as I say in bits and pieces, half an hour now, half an hour later and so is the one entitled Supernatural.

Why, I like this kind of books? I've been a long time trapped with the subject of quantum and its effects on our Being, many authors and researchers such as doctors, psychiatrists, neurologists have shown their results and they are really very didactic books about how these processes of connection between the mind and the body occur, which leads us to achieve things.

In Joe Dispenza's books there are many testimonies of healings through the practice of meditation, a change of thought and becoming a conscious mind...listen to those studies where they explain in an understandable way the function of the atoms, molecules, cells, tissues and these as they change with the use of techniques that were performed to verify the changes of life in people who in one way or another participated in these studies.

Night without electricity and this beautiful picture of a plant on my porch.

Supernatural is, as its title says, ordinary people doing wonderful things for their own benefit and at the same time bringing benefits to those around them.

It is a way (for me) to relate the mind and the body. In each of his works it is like weaving this information and making it known for a better day. I have been practicing for a long time the change of words in conversations, just as I realize the thoughts, when something that I consider negative I cancel it and launch the positive. How important it is to project through thought and how to calm the mind. As Joe Dispensa says: minds without time.

I like this phrase of minds without time. I already know it because Deepack Chopra's book Time-less Minds Time-less Bodies-less Age makes reference to this. When I heard it from Joe Dispenza I said what a great connection between all these researchers and the quantum field, its relation with the human being plus the way they talk about Universal Intelligence.

I hope all is well with your mother's health. Those books are pretty deep, maybe that's why I haven't given them a chance, but it looks pretty interesting. Maybe, at some point I will add them to my reading.

I'm stuck with them, the other one I recommend is The Biology of Belief by Bruce Lipton.
If you are right they are books to study them, I consider them very didactic, with them I have made synapses as Joe says, with so much bibliography that I have read about the subject of emotions, thoughts, mind, body that with this those of my friend Joe I am satisfied with my learning about quantics. I continue with my learning.

It is a matter of giving you the permission to do it.

Thank you very much for giving value to my post.
