Una Mirada a la Gerencia Emocional [Esp/Eng]

Saludos cordiales a la comunidad #Education donde cada uno somos parte de este espacio, nos formamos y formamos a otros para compartir saberes en los diferentes espacios que convivimos.
Desde hace 5 años no compartìa con grupos de estudiantes, como digo face to face...sentì que merecìa un descanso en el mundo de la educaciòn, en el cumplimiento de horarios, entregas de informes, proyectos, notas todas las actividades que son parte de un docente en el quehacer educativo.
Es cierto me he mantenido en casa, no solo como ama de casa y regando plantas que tambièn lo hago...me hice partìcipe de conferencias en lìnea en relaciòn al mundo de emociones, pensamientos y sentimientos que traen a muchos de cabeza porque no se entienden en varios aspectos.
Me invitaron a un compatir de mis saberes en una charla dirigida a estudiantes de la Escuela de Administraciòn futuros profesionales en el àrea de la administraciòn. Al principio despuès de escuchar la invitaciòn, mi mente se nublò, pensè ufff ¿que puedo afrecer a estos chicos despuès de tanto sin pisar un espacio educativo? Por supuesto en el momento no respondì a la invitaciòn.
Al dìa siguente comenzaron a surgir ideas, relacionando tantos conceptos de gerencia con las emociones de allì titulè mi ponencia Una Mirada a la Gerencia Emocional.
¿De què va esto? Considerè importante hablar sobre gerencia y su preparaciòn en el àrea de administraciòn. Hacia donde se dirige la mirada cuando hablamos de gerencia, solo a controlar , administrar, liderizar fuera de nosotros, en nuestro mundo externo considerando nada màs recursos financieros y materiales, olvidando quizàs el recurso màs importante que es el recurso humano, talento humano como nombres puedan dar al Ser humano en el àrea laboral.
Relacionè este concepto con esa gerencia que es la primera que debemos aprender la gerencia emocional, aquì un trabajo individual que tiene que ver con el mundo interno da cada uno. Còmo nos vemos a sì mismos, còmo manejamos nuestras emociones en el mundo personal y el entorno donde se desenvuelven.
Compartì en forma general acerca de emociones , sentimientos y pensamientos, incluyendo conceptos como la conciencia, la mente, pensamientos que nos destruyen, los cambios que ocurren en nuestro cuerpo cuando esos pensamientos los planteamos en forma diferente encontrando una manera que no nos bloqueen y nos permitan mirar soluciones para estar tranquilos.
Me encontrè con jòvenes muy diferentes a los cuales se formaban en años anteriores. Muy callados, poco participativos, considero que estos chicos requieren de este tipo de formaciones para aprevechar mejor sus condiciones como estudiantes.
En relaciòn a la preparaciòn de la charla o ponencia me sentì satisfecha por el material que preparè, los conceptos que utilicè cubriendo los objetivos que se plantearon lo profesores por quienes fuì invitada (ellos sòlo me dijeron lo que usted considere en esta àrea). De hecho me pidieron otra charla que estè dirigida a lo estudiantes que salen como profesionales en el àrea de la administraciòn. Algo asì como Soy Profesional ¿y ahora què? Asì que tengo bastante para reunir ideas por experiencia profesional y llevarlas como parte de que ocurra un despertar en ellos. Que no queden allì, que el aprendizaje es diario, la informaciòn vuela pero el conocimiento sòlo dependerà de còmo manejen la informaciòn que reciben.

For 5 years I have not shared with groups of students, as I say face to face ... I felt that I deserved a break in the world of education, in meeting schedules, delivery of reports, projects, notes all the activities that are part of a teacher in the educational work.
It is true that I have kept myself at home, not only as a housewife and watering plants, which I also do... I took part in online conferences about the world of emotions, thoughts and feelings that make many people crazy because they do not understand each other in many aspects.
I was invited to share my knowledge in a lecture addressed to students of the School of Management, future professionals in the field of management. At first, after hearing the invitation, my mind was clouded, I thought ufff what can I offer to these kids after so long without setting foot in an educational space? Of course at the time I did not respond to the invitation.
The next day ideas began to emerge, relating so many management concepts with emotions, from there I titled my lecture A Look at Emotional Management.
What is this about? I considered it important to talk about management and its preparation in the area of administration. Where do we look when we talk about management, only to control, administer, lead outside of us, in our external world considering only financial and material resources, forgetting perhaps the most important resource which is the human resource, human talent as names can be given to the human being in the work area.
I related this concept to that management which is the first that we must learn emotional management, here an individual work that has to do with the inner world of each one. How we see ourselves, how we manage our emotions in the personal world and the environment where they unfold.
I shared in general about emotions, feelings and thoughts, including concepts such as consciousness, the mind, thoughts that destroy us, the changes that occur in our body when we raise those thoughts in a different way finding a way that do not block us and allow us to look at solutions to be calm.
I met young people who were very different from those who were trained in previous years. Very quiet, not very participative, I think that these kids need this kind of training to make the most of their conditions as students.
In relation to the preparation of the lecture I was satisfied with the material I prepared, the concepts I used covering the objectives set by the professors to whom I was invited (they only told me what you consider in this area). In fact they asked me for another talk that is directed to the students that are going out as professionals in the area of administration. Something along the lines of I'm a professional and now what? So I have enough to gather ideas for professional experience and bring them as part of an awakening in them. Don't let them stay there, learning is daily, information flies but knowledge will only depend on how they handle the information they receive.
