Un excelente inicio de semana para la linda comunidad. Esta semana sea de mucho provecho en todas las actividades que desarrollen, conservar la serenidad ante esos acontecimientos que buscan sacarnos de las casillas.

Ay, los helados , que ricos son. Las barquillas con estas cremas y sabores tan ricos como pasarlos desapercibidos.
Me encantan los helados de todo tipo, desde los caseros hasta estas ricas cremas que nos ofrecen como helados en barquillas, tinas u otro tipo de como los ofrecen.
En el pueblo donde nací y viví hasta los 18 años, en la avenida tenía un señor italiano su negocio de helados. Unas máquinas a la vista de todos de como mezclaba los ingredientes para hacer la rica crema de helado de diferentes sabores.
Eran únicos, demasiados ricos como olvidar al Sr. Sebastiani su pequeña y sin lujos heladería. En épocas de ferias del pueblo no se daba a basto y la gran cantidad de personas en la caminata con la virgen se paraban allí a ver si podían comprar una rica barquilla, si era insuficiente el producto para una sola noche y quienes le ayudaban también muy pocos para la demanda de la noche.
Despuès de tantos años, me sigue gustando la dulce barquilla. ¿Sabor? el que sea, màs bien me cuesta decidirme frente a la nevera cuàl sabor elegìr porque para mi todos son espectaculares.
De verdad que me hace falta comer una barquilla de este estilo no la que usualmente venden en las máquina que encontramos en esquinas cerca, en una esquina , en otra otra...En caso de no tener cerca una tienda de helados con cremas preparados con otros ingredientes, una de esta máquina la suple por el gusto que tengo por los helados.
Los helados de Arturos, MacDonald, ni se diga lo rico que son, una textura tan maravillosa que bueno hay que cargar la cuenta con dinero para darnos ese gustazo.
