Flan de Arroz [Esp/Eng]

I like to tell the story of my recipes or some of them that I share here, I have always made them but I did not register them.
This recipe I decided to register it, a cousin came from Zuata-Anzoategui, she came to visit my mother who is her aunt. As a gift in her backpack she brought a huge pumpkin and rice piled by herself.
I was very happy with the gift. Well, I decided to cook rice for lunch and I didn't like the way it tasted and it was overcooked. I thought, I'm not going to cook that rice anymore, so I decided to use it to make this delicious rice flan and I got down to work.
1 taza de arroz limpio. (Se pone a remojar por 4 horas aproximadamente)
5 huevos
1 taza de leche
1 taza de azùcar para el caramelo
1 cajita de leche condensada (aproximadamente 30 g aproximadamente)
100 gramos de leche en polvo
1 cucharada de vainilla
Ingredients for this Rice Flan
1 cup of clean rice (put it to soak for about 4 hours)
5 eggs
1 cup of milk
1 cup of sugar for the caramel
1 small box of condensed milk (about 30 grams approximately)
100 grams of powdered milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
Use the sugar to make the caramel. Everyone has their own way of making it. I like to make it directly in the container to be used without adding water.
Once the caramel is ready, take to the blender the soaked rice, eggs one by one, liquid milk, condensed milk, powdered milk, vanilla.
Blend everything in the blender for about 5 minutes, pass through a strainer so that the rice grains do not remain in the flan.
In a pan place hot water, and on it the covered container with the mixture. Take it to the oven, you can also bake it on the stove, this preparation was in the oven for 1 hour 30 minutes. Let it rest for more than one hour. Take it to the refrigerator for a while more, and then unmold it.
It looks and tastes so good. Enjoy it.
