1 taza de cacao en polvo
1 taza de azúcar
2 cucharadas de almidón de maíz (lo que conocemos como maizina americana, los venezolanos sabemos)
1/2 litro de leche tibia
2 paquetes de galletas María (esta vez usé María la tradicional)
11/2 de café para humedecer las galletas.

El trabajo de ella consistió en abrir cada paquetito de galletas y reservarlas en un envase. Mientras conversaba de su infancia y su abuela.

En una olla se incorporó el azúcar, cacao, almidón de maíz. Se unió todo muy bien.

Se comenzó a revolver hasta que comenzara a hervir la mezcla.

Iniciamos el armado con una primera capa de mezcla de chocolate.

Entra en escena de nuevo mi madre, pasando la galleta por el café, colocándola sobre la mezcla de forma ordenada, yo completaba los espacios vacíos con mas galletas, además le recordaba : primero las galletas por el café.

Se colocó una segunda capa de mezcla, con el mismo procedimiento. Se hizo esta repetición tres veces o hasta que le alcance la mezcla.

Ya armada, viene el proceso de decoración, con la misma galleta triturada,se le fue colocando para cerrar.

Ya decorada, se llevó a refrigeración unas horas. Luego se degustó la misma. Así se puede observar las capas de chocolate y galleta.

Muy buen sabor, nos encantó el sabor del cacao.
