La familia desde tiempos remotos se ha considerado la célula fundamental de la sociedad...sociedad que ha ido evolucionando en sus estructuras familiares y queda el reconocimiento de la misma por las relaciones por consanguinidad y afinidad.

Encontramos familias de familias con grandes cantidades de integrantes, con el tiempo se van creando las generaciones dentro de la misma...todo comienza por los padres, luego los hijos, después los nietos y mas abajo los biznietos.

Es una aventura cuando se dan esos momentos de encuentros, donde el ingrediente de estos tiempos es la emigración de muchos de sus integrantes, sin embargo cuando se hacen las convocatorias se acude, de acuerdo al tiempo de cada uno.

We find families of families with large numbers of members, over time the generations are created within the same ... everything starts with the parents, then the children, then the grandchildren and then the great-grandchildren.

It is an adventure when these moments of encounters take place, where the ingredient of these times is the emigration of many of its members, however when the calls are made, we go, according to the time of each one.

¿Cómo nació la caminata 5K Familiar?

Pues, este mes de diciembre hizo de las suyas con dar alegría a la familia porque despuès de 7 años aproximadamente se logró el regreso al país por unos días y otros por un poco más de tiempo de tres integrantes de la familia. Reuniones iban y venían, una semana de mucha intensidad emocional. La reunión grande se dio en un lugar de campo en El Tigre/Anzoátegui, una piscinada donde se compartió , disfrutó, risas, sonrisas, promesas, etc.

How was the 5K Family Walk born?

Well, this month of December did its part to bring joy to the family because after approximately 7 years, three members of the family were able to return to the country for a few days and others for a little longer. Meetings came and went, a week of great emotional intensity. The big reunion took place in a country place in El Tigre/Anzoátegui, a pool party where we shared, enjoyed, laughed, smiled, promised, etc.

Las personas quedaron tan llenas de entusiasmo que se comenzó a rodar en el grupo una caminata familiar, allí comenzó todo.

La mayoría nos mostramos dados a la actividad, se organizó el día. Cuando llegó la noche antes del evento pensamos que no se iba a dar por falta de quórum, pues no todos se animaron pero se logró un grupo de 14 que dijimos SI al encuentro.

Nos íbamos anotando y que llevaríamos( frutas, agua, café)...hasta que confirmaron que si se haría la actividad, el grupo estaba bien para comenzar.

Nos dimos cita en casa de una de las sobrinas, 6:30 am fue la hora pautada. Para todos fue un reto salir de nuestras casas para ir a ese encuentro. Proceso que cada uno desde su espacio disfrutó(el levantarse mas temprano que todos los días, tomar un bus para ir al encuentro los que no disponemos de autos)

Most of us were so enthusiastic about the activity that we organized the day. When the night before the event arrived, we thought it was not going to happen due to lack of quorum, because not everyone was up for it, but we managed to get a group of 14 people who said YES to the meeting.

We were taking notes and what we would bring (fruit, water, coffee)...until they confirmed that the activity would take place, the group was ready to start.

We met at the home of one of the nieces, 6:30 am was the scheduled time. It was a challenge for all of us to leave our homes to go to this meeting. It was a process that everyone enjoyed from their own space (getting up earlier than every day, taking a bus to go to the meeting for those of us who do not have cars).

Fuimos llegando a la hora pautada. Saludos de buenos días, sonrisas, alegrías. Calentamos un poco . Calentamiento dirigido por un miembro de la familia de 6 años que está en el mundo del entrenamiento(actividades deportivas). Se trazó el recorrido. Acordamos ir cada quien a su ritmo porque todos no tenemos el entrenamiento para ello y no hacerlo tipo competencia.

Al finalizar la ruta pautada, una de las niñas tuvo un pequeño percance, nada de lamentarse. Un momento familiar para oxigenarnos entre risas, encuentros, agua, cambures, café, al terminar el recorrido.

Fue tanta la emoción que se acordó repetirla antes de las festividades de carnaval. Quedó como tarea que los que no estamos habituados a estos entrenamientos comencemos a hacerlo para que cuando llegue el día del segundo encuentro de caminata familiar 5K sea más rápido, no tanto pasear y hablar. Todos dijimos siiii , al próximo encuentro.

Queda de parte de cada quien seguir las instrucciones de los expertos en los K...animar a los otros para que se integren, la idea es encontrarnos más, compartir más y que los más pequeños reconozcan a los tíos que casi no se ven. Con el fin de estrechar los vínculos familiares.

The emotion was so great that it was agreed to repeat it before the carnival festivities. It was left as a task that those of us who are not used to these trainings start to do it so that when the day of the second meeting of the 5K family walk arrives, it will be faster, not so much walking and talking. We all said siiii , to the next meeting.

It is up to each one of us to follow the instructions of the experts in the K...to encourage the others to join in, the idea is to meet more, to share more and for the little ones to recognize the uncles and aunts that we almost never see each other. In order to strengthen family ties.

Familia que camina unida se mantiene en forma, ja, ja. Que bonito algo que surgió simplemente natural, una forma de encuentro maravilloso, con las emociones normales de verse otra vez después de tanto tiempo.
