This front yard tree let go of all it's leaves at once.

And some of the neighbors trees are still hanging on to theirs!

A few leaf shadows on the steps and doors to remind you to enter the Shadow Contest this week.

The leaves of the tree are amazing especially the colors of the leaves look great in the tree. In our house, the leaves of various plants fall down a lot.

I'm not going to extend my commentary, I'm just going to say that the images are beautiful, they create in me endless smiles and a feeling of immense joy on this day of the first birthday of my granddaughter and the 28th birthday of my son Abraham.
A day to be extremely happy.

City people have to stuff all those leaves into giant biodegradable bags and have them hauled aways! They get composted and turned into dirt.
I'm happy I don't have to do that here in the woods!

Autumn is always visiting us with an amazing view. The fallen leaves are meant to make the who place looks dirty but rather it is looking beautiful. That's the power of Autumn

Nekada sam skupljao velike gomile lišća samo da bih slikao svoje unuke kako sede u sredini! Prošlo je dosta vremena otkako sam skočio u hrpu lišća. A ti? Kada ste zadnji put bili prekriveni lišćem?

Nice leaves photos. Looks like you got some nice colors. Anything that looked nice has fallen here just brown leaves left hanging on. The leaf shadow patterns on porch are subtle but very cool.

Same here. Many of these photos are from my son's neighborhood near Lake Michigan. The lake gives them warmer temperatures for a while in the fall

The Lake Champlain valley always has a little milder weather here in Vermont but the lake effects aren't as extreme as Lake Michigan.

Whenever the winter season comes, the leaves fall down from the trees in the same way and they change into different colors and it looks very beautiful. It is very nice to visit such a place.

The leaves will get shredded and hauled away to be compoated. They won't litter the ground and walkways for too long.

Golden leaves everywhere look so dynamic, I'm surprised children aren't running through kicking them up like we used to.
