A creative handmade way to decorate a chain link fence! I have never seen this type of street art before... @digi-me, I think it would take a bit of imagination for this to qualify for a post into your community!
I am not a needlework expert, but I'm assuming these have been crotcheted.
It is an unexpected outdoor decoration to see while taking a walk. It must have taken some time to design and complete all of the different pieces.
And I'll bet it took a lot of yarn!

That "street art" took a lot of time and effort and yarn to crochet. I have never seen anything like this before as well. This is quite unique. I especially like the big butterfly.
