Pho has become a really good dish here in Australia and a go to for many as the winter months begin to kick in.

Having grown up in a working class community there are many cultures who have come to call our community home. through having many Vietnamese friends I learned to master the use of chop sticks.

my daughter had her first attempt at trying her hand at their use and she didn't do too bad.
